I had a fantastic experience with BuyGoods. After I had placed my order I had a change in my health and was advised not to take it. I contacted support and they said they would refund my money in full,which they did immediately. The person with whom I communicated was very professional and my situation was resolved immediately. It was such an outstanding experience!

The return process went very well
The return process went very well. Once we got the product, we shipped it back, gave customer service the tracking number and how many bottles were shipped. They said we would get reimbursement on whatever way we paid for it.

I asked 5 times for a refund
I asked 5 times for a refund. My order never arrived, according to the order information my order is at custom service in the Netherlands for 6 whole weeks. And yet, no help. I should ‘contact the place where the order is’ - but how do I get in contact when I don’t know HOW to contact them? That’s 300 euro’s sitting somewhere. DON'T BUY...Bought SlimForce Neo Nature for 3 months, also had to pay extra abt. 15 euro for customs clearance. Reception mid-end July. Product didn't do anything, so mail 25th of August that I wanted a refund , but now they say that its after the money-back guarentee...so buy with guarantee, but don't ask for it, because its too late. So I had to try for 3 months, but you must ask for a refund within 2 months. (Not looking at the leadtime from US to Eur + customs). RIDICULOUS. Advice: be wise, don't spend money and don't believe product does anything.

The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I've been conned by them twice . I didn't realise until today, I had bad dealings with them in 2024 and again this month . This time was the worst it was over $1500.00 and I hadn't authorised the purchase, I was trying to see how much it would be in Australian dollars. I tried immediately to cancel and they ignored my request to cancel and answered all my emails by telling me my orders were on their way.
