The beautiful jacket ordered Saturday and delivered Wednesday. Absolutely perfect. 4 days door to door from the other side of the world is shamefully faster than our Australian domestic postal deliveries.

Ordered the Atherington black cows hyde leather coat on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Beautiful size and fit But the colour leather and Colour wool was nothing like the online images used the describe the jacket

More than a little tentative about ordering a jacket online...but SO impressed. The Rockbeare is extremely solid cowhide (I wanted something a bit more durable than lambskin), and you can tell it's going to flex and age perfectly.

Size guide was accurate, leather appearance exactly as per photo and delivered within 3 days. And not cheap, but definitely not expensive either. Incredibly happy with them and would recommend without reservation.

I received the Barbrook sheepskin coat today from Caine Leather and to say I am over the moon would be an understatement! The quality is superb, it is soft and plush with a lovely weight to it, it is quite simply the best coat I have ever owned (and I have had a few famous brand wax and leather coats). It is my first sheepskin coat and I was a bit worried about the size I had ordered, 2XL, I rang and spoke to them to this regard and they were extremely helpful and perfectly knowledgable with their sizes. my size concerns were quashed entirely once I had opened and tried on the coat with a t-shirt and fairly thick jumper on, it fit perfectly!
So thank-you for this coat and, alongside the service you provide, I would not hesitate to point anyone in your direction who is in the market for a quality sheepskin!

Bought another couple of jackets, The Ghent sheepskin Aviator jacket which is fab and have had good feedback about from friends and the Ashcombe bikers jacket. Ordered a large but this was a bit tight, but returned and it was replaced with an XL and it is perfect. Brilliant jackets and have nothing but a good experience from Caine.

Received my leather parker today, fast delivery (2days) I'm over the moon with it, was dubious about ordering on line but it fits me perfect ...and the leather is soooo soft. Was so chuffed with it I made an excuse to go out just so I could wear it 😊 ..Thank you so much, I'm really happy with my purchase

I looked online for sellers of leather biker jackets. I liked the products from Caine Leather, so I ordered a jacket from them, but it turned out to be too large. I spoke to them on the phone about an exchange. They said that I could specify on the return form what I wanted in my jacket as it would help them to make a jacket that would be the way I would want it. When the new jacket arrived it was absolutely perfect and very beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone. Special thanks to Christina, who was very helpful.

If you live in the US it’s a big gamble trying to get the right size. I paid for original shipping but the size was wrong. Then I had to pay return shipping. If I wanted to take another chance I would have to pay for shipping again. I asked for some help on the cost for shipping a replacement, but they refused and just refunded my original cost, less shipping, of course. In the end I lost $80, no jacket, but I was not going to gamble another $40.

I just received my fabulous sheepskin coat ( Meeth Men's Brown Sheepskin Trench Coat) and absolutely love it!!! It was definitely a splurge for me, but worth it and I'm soooo glad I did. I can already tell by the quality that this is coat I will have forever. Really cool style, sort of like a cross between an RAF aviator style and a standard longer trench coat. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding... you can really tell in the details of the stitching the quality of the sheepskin/leather even on the smallest decorative elements. The exterior tanned leather is surprisingly soft for a tanned leather, sort of like a cross between a suede and tanned leather. The color is even prettier in person, like a rich deep cognac. The whole coat is softer and more flexible than I expected for a sheepskin coat, so it's comfortable to wear and move around in. The sheepskin interior is so soft and snuggly, and will keepy warm and toasty on even the coldest days!

I'll admit I was a little nervous about ordering from the UK (I'm in the US), but it arrived within a week! I was so surprised! I was also worried about the sizing since I was right between a Med and Lrg on their size chart, so I sized up and glad I did because it fits perfectly with a little wiggle room. I highly recommend reading through their size guide because it has great detailed instuctions on how to measure with regular clothes on so you know how it will fit over your normal clothing. Also, the customer service is outstanding... I emailed a question about leather care and heard back from them in less than 24 hours. WOW! Can't say enough about this company, the quality of their coats and their dedication to customer service... it's really refreshing to see it in a world of chains stores, mass production and buyer beware. Thank you Caine Leather!!

Great quality stylish authentic leather jackets at a decent price with customer service to match. Helpful staff on the telephone with sizing etc and a quick and efficient returns process. All in all very happy with experience and would recommend, especially as there are a lot of fakes out there, this is legit and genuine. Thanks Caine Leather and will be back for more.

I found the perfect Shearling jacket online at Caine Leathers. Not being familiar w the company, was hesitant to purchase. I followed my desire for the coat and never been so happy The coat is beautiful,I received the coat within a week. Ordering was easy, communication excellent. Yes I would recommend this company to friends, family .

Extremely bad customer service.
When I contacted them I first got a very short and not helpful response. I then tried to contact them again multiple times but I haven't got any response.
