I ordered a size 16 my usual size. The jacket arrived and was miles too small. I spoke with Caine Leather and they advised me to measure a jacket I already had and then refer to their sizing guide. This meant I needed to order a size 20! I returned the size 16 requesting a size 20 instead. I waited a few weeks but the size 20 hadn’t arrived so I rang Caine Leather. The man I spoke to said that the bigger sizes were an extra £15 and as they hadn’t received the £15 they hadn’t sent the size 20. I explained that I didn’t know that I needed to pay another £15 for the size 20 and that someone from Caine Leather should have phoned to advise of the extra cost, which I would then have paid. The man I spoke to was very abrupt and said he didn’t want to do business with me and would be refunding my £175! With that kind of attitude to customers I wonder how long this business will survive!

I ordered a bikers jacket, it came in a very timely manner, there was also a returns sheet supplied. The jacket was fantastic quality lovely soft leather and surprised that such a high quality jacket was only £220.00. I definitely recommend this company. Very happy.

I recently bought a Vintage Gooseham leather biker jacket from Caine Leather and can highly recommend them. The jacket is of a very high quality and exactly as pictured... In short it looks great! Delivery was extremely quick and I also found their customer service to be first rate and really friendly when I had to return my coat to get a better fitting size. My husband really wanted a sheepskin jacket for his 70th birthday to replace a much loved sheepskin coat that was sadly damaged by a dry cleaners many years ago. He wanted one that was British made and from British skins to support the UK economy. Add to that my husband is 6 feet 2 inches tall and wears a XXXL size or a 50-52 inch top/ 19 inch collar shirt and 42 inch trousers/jeans! I thought I had a tall order on my hands and I was right. After much research I found Caine Leather! Ian at Caine Leather was absolutely wonderful sending me detailed photos of jackets and coats he thought appropriate once I had given him a description of what we were looking for. One week of decision making later by my husband he finally made his choice! The sheepskin is beautifully soft and supple and the wool inside is soft to the touch and on the skin. My husband has a wonderful investment gift to mark his 7th decade and he couldn't be happier! We had it delivered by the courier within 2 days of placing the order, and now my husband just cannot wait for it t o be cold enough to wear it! After many attempts to email the company with no response, I decided to phone them directly to be met with a RUDE AGGRESSIVE CONFRONTATIONAL WOMAN. Offering no resolution in regards to my complaint of misleading sizing, I am absolutely taken back with their attitude.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I called this company to query about the exact colour of a jacket i was interested in and i explained that tbought few before from different company and the colour was wrong so i placed order and paid with paypall after a while i recived email that my order was declined without any explanation. I called next day to know why they replied that most likely i will return the jacket back to them if i did not like it. According to their selling policy i am acting within my right to return the goods if something wrong with such coulor or design. I beleive i was discriminated against for declining my order based on assumptions that is within my buying policy right.i would do business withsone who respect the customer and not pre judge before hans based on no reason.

Great service. I live in Australia and was worried about jacket size. I emailed Caine to query about size increments and got a response within 10 minutes and was immediately satisfied that this was a company that I could trust, particularly in relation to its return policy. I ordered the Knowle sheepskin jacket which arrived within a week (wow). Fits perfectly, and is as good as I was hoping for. Can’t be more pleased with quality and service.

Was shopping online for a leather jacket but wanted one that resembled something from the 80’s. I also wanted one that looked like it had been well used yet new. Could not believe my luck when I came across cain leather. Was a little concerned as to the quality but took the chance. Two days later it arrived. All I can say is, just wow. It is so well made using decent stitching and I’m truly in love with it. It’s got style, it’s got class. It’s beautiful. Fits me perfectly. It's my second jacket from Caine Leather the other being a Rennes jacket. That is a great jacket too.
The only problem is which to wear?

I was hesitant to order a leather jacket from pictures on the internet but I saw a jacket on Caine Leather's website I could not resist. I placed my order and it arrived in less than a week from the UK to the US. It was packed extremely well. The jacket exceeded my expectations. It was soft with an already broken in feel and the color was even better in person than in the pictures. The fit was perfect. I normally don't take time to write reviews but I am so pleased with my new leather jacket I felt like I needed to. If you are hesitant to order an expensive leather jacket online please reconsider with Caine Leather. I am so glad I took the chance. Thanks very much.

Ordering things on line over the last pandemic year  has been a a mixed affair however the purchasing of a leather blazer proved to be a highlight. Caine leathers offer a must see selection of coats and jackets with a straight forward informative website.
My having inadvertantly ordered a size too large was easily rectified with an expeditious exchange and having found it a wholly satisfactory experience I can confidently recommend Caine leathers a visit.

I just want to say, I’ve had a leather jacket, leather parka and just bought the sheepskin coat and the sheepskin gilet from you. They are all absolute style and quality. I bought my husband a jacket for his birthday. He very carelessly managed to damage it. Ian at Caine leather arranged to have it fixed for me and I can honestly say that you would never know it had been repaired. Such fantastic professionalism and excellent Customer Service from the team at Caine.

I bought many years off ebay foolishly thinking it was real leather and it split so easily!! I searched on google "mens leather jacket" and the first result in adverts and search results was caine leather so i thought im not paying 500 plus for a belstaff one or a silly price for designer when these guys are top of the search!! And behold the quality is outstanding! I will be buying again! These guys are top of the adverts and search for a reason!!

The jacket fits perfectly and after a telephone conversation with your shop to check on the sizing you'll be delighted to know that your sizing guide can be relied upon completely. I ordered the XL and it fits just like my Levi's jackets.

The quality of the leather is supple and soft and the lining quality is also great.

Two days between order and delivery by courier is outstanding and I would definitely use your service for further clothing again.
