The manual focus on my Sigma 18-250mm would not work so I email Camera Repair Direct. I got a quotation for the repair almost immediately. Two days after receiving it, it was in the post back to me. I hadn't used them before so my biggest fear was getting a note back to say that the problem had grown arms and legs and the bill was going to increase. This never happened. They were true to their word. All in all a really smooth process.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The zoom lever on my camera broke and I tried a few places where I was given vague information and quotes of £30-£80 just to look at the camera. I found CRD and after reading their reviews gave them a call. I was provided with straight forward information and an estimated price and after sending my camera off I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The work is to a high standard, cost less than originally quoted and considerably less than other well known stores had quoted me just to look at it. My camera is back to full working order in less than a week and I'm really pleased. Thank you!

Very happy with the service. Estimate provided quickly, and camera sent to CRD and returned to me (safely packaged) within 5 days. And this was during the early part of the coronavirus "social distancing" regime. Well done.

Having made phone contact with CRD, I received excellent and knowledgeable support and action. I can thoroughly recommend the company to anyone needing personal direct help especially with camera equipment made by distant and normally unapproachable international manufacturers.

Fixed my Fujifilm X100F which had a broken viewfinder switch - price was fair and the service was excellent. Really happy to find this company and would absolutely recommend them.

I had a dreaded Error99 on my Canon, turned out to be a lens aperture failure. These guys quoted over the phone, then repaired, cleaned, tested and returned the lens super-fast for a lot less all-in than I could find anywhere else.
