Easy to order (didn’t have to jump through hoops). Arrived earlier than anticipated. Lovely product that attracts a lot of compliments.

Very nice gate. Well made and lightweight, and hopefully will last many years.

gate supplied mostly ok, but some of tongue and groove slats were split at the ends. Managed to glue then together and so far it has been ok.

Very good quality gates for front and back . Delivery was in a reasonable length of time. Driver was extremely helpful. Would recommend

I recently purchased a property and noticed that the tiered rear gates were made by Cannock Gates. After speaking with the previous owner, I learned that they had been installed around 30 years ago.

Impressed by their longevity, I searched for the company and ordered a similar set. The price was very reasonable, and about three weeks after placing my order I received a call from Cannock Gates with an estimated delivery date. The delivery driver was polite and handled the gates with great care.

I installed them this afternoon and I’m very happy with the build quality, especially for the price paid. I’d definitely recommend Cannock Gates to anyone looking for durable, well-made gates.

Website has no option to open account. How can you make purchases without customer account.

I am sorry you feel this way. Customers account keeps records of all transactions and purchases were made. Why do we have to call in order to open an account to make a purchase..? Your website designed in a very strange manner. When I am adding product in the basket, I noticed it's adding two items instead of one. And other concerns I have, -will I receive confirmation email from you after I process my payment for the product? This is quite important type of document from the vendor confirming your purchase when you are buying online. This is a part of the soft agreement with the customer when you are selling your items online. Will you send me confirmation of my purchase when I hit the button to submit my payment? When you will send it?
And what fitting equipment is included in the package? Or there is any?
This information and details are important. I should not be call you to pay online and I have no guarantee that my purchase will safely delivered to my door. Or it will be? I should be don't have these questions when I am paying for the product online.

Found online after researching, read reviews and decided to place order. Upon ordering, the process asks you to provide your width measurements and voilà as easy as that you push the button and order is placed. Received confirmation email, update to say being built and to expect delivery 5-6 weeks.
Came about 3 weeks later, I don’t remember seeing an email they were on the way, but the driver did call the day before to say he would be delivering the following day and gave an expected eta. Again he called about 30mins away from arrival. Brought gates into the garden for me too.
I painted them with wood stain myself and fitted them, they are a perfect fit! Sturdy and well built.

Gates are of a very high quality and delivered in perfect condition by a very nice man.

Good communication

Had decent previous experience with this company but this time around the gate turned up damaged , missing fittings id paid extra for and they didn’t seem that bothered there was zero notice given for delivery . Awarded 2 stars as they were quick to refund parts missing but the damaged post was ignored . Probably won’t use again for next set I need

Ordered the gothic wooden side gate it arrived quickly it did need painting with preservative before hanging it is well made heavy to lift on hinges but looks really smart would recommend

Purchased estate gates for my driveway! From start to finish in the sales room everything was fully explained, designs shown and made easier by having helpful customer sales staff. 2 guys came and measured up then 5 weeks later arrived as agreed date and fitted my gates which are excellent quality and a great price. I am very pleased plus comes with a 5 year guarantee. Great service and gates sure do give a good curb appeal.

The gate I bought was 3ft 6 wide slatted .Only been up a couple month and planks were pulling off cross planks , held in with pins . Absolute rubbish , would not recommend this product .

Very pleasantly surprised by the pricing as well as the quality of the garden gates which were delivered earlier than expected and arrived well wrapped and protected.
Will definitely use Cannock Gates again.
