Appauling Customer Service
Order Number CAN-9572 and paid £1,626.00 on 20th October.
Emailed on 14th November for a delivery update, no response
Phoned on 21st November, no update but promised to they would ring me back, no one has!
I've now sent another email on 8th December to try and get a response, I'm also contacting Barclaycard to try and get my money back.
Avoid them!!

Poor quality latch
Had my aluminium gate on for a month now and unfortunately the latch is rusting already and clearly not fit for purpose. Gates seem to be manufactured in China and come with very cheap accessories. Wouldn’t cost much to the business to increase the quality of these accessories.

Very good quality gate. Arrived on time. Very friendly delivery staff.
I was however disappointed that the fittings pack did not include suitable screws. I emailed about this, but received no response. For such a quality, costly product, I would expect the fittings pack to include all that is needed

These are really well built gates
These are really well built gates. We provided the size and the gates came sized and ready to be fitted. The fitting instructions could be improved but fitting the gate was quite straight forward and once fitted the gate provides good security and looks great.

Great experience from start to finish
Ordered gates and told it was a five-week wait time and they arrived near enough to the day, five weeks later, great quality and well put together. I bought the hinges as well, and the quality and thickness of the metal was better than any I could source elsewhere. Gates have been up a few weeks now and very happy with them, the last gates I bought from Cannock Gates lasted 25 years hopefully these will as well
