Horrible service!!
The receptionist there are rude and apparently booked an appointment after agreeing to pay £25 for a visit. Called them twice after hanging on the phone for so long . Only to be told on the day that there was no appointment! Can imagine how the rest of the service will be!! Terrible let down

delivery was on time and the gate was perfect and easy to fit

I got in touch with your selves a few weeks ago regarding the back paint already getting rust on them I sent photos and even phoned to say it’s been passed to a different person so far no one has been in touch

The fitters arrived yesterday despite torrential rain to fit new gate posts at my property.
They were so professional, they removed the old wooden posts and fitted the new metal posts and then they replaced the gates. They cleaned up all the debris and swept up after themselves. It was a pleasure to have them working here.
It's not my first time using your company and you've never let me down.
Thank you to all who work at Cannock Gates and especially to the 2 fitters who did such a brilliant job.

Having purchased a Cannock Gate before I was confident of the quality being a good standard. Better communication would have gained another star as I had to chase up a delivery date

I really rate this company for professionalism, pricing and quality. I needed four made to measure iron railings. Comparing estimates from several online companies and getting quotes from local forges, Cannock Gates came through with a quote 25% cheaper than the next cheapest estimate. I placed my order and was told I would receive it in just three weeks. Turned up on the dot as promised despite the Easter bank holidays. The quality and finish is excellent.

Was pleased with the quality and appearance of the gates, my only concern is that I had to fill in around some areas where the gates joined to prevent water penetration as making them water tight is essential to keep them from future rotting.

My previous post about happy experience with Cannock was unluckily removed, and sorry for unaware of Trustpilot email. I am ready to provide all record of purchase if they require now. After half year of use, I re-post again with more confidence. The aluminium side gate bought from and installed by Cannock costed me just more than £800. The process was smooth and the result a beautiful gate meeting expectation. Would recommend company like Cannock who provide both supply+install. The installer's advance visit record all requirement and Miss Laura Goode made all precise final adjustment. Efficient team work from start to the end. Recommend for improvement if they would consider adding a door handle holder in their product list. I bought an plastic hook from ebay £5 which perfectly hold the door against wind when open. And it would be perfect to add cement cover to the base of metal post against corrosion. Overall good service that deserve a credit.
