I tried to call you regarding the gates I could not get an answer, I ordered the gates from you as we have ordered previous gates and I wanted them to match.
when I ordered them the website said approximately 20 working days from order which would be the 17th of January not week commencing the 20th January

Hello, we are sorry you are not happy with the 'approximate' delivery time scale but you are looking at a time with Christmas and New Year holidays within the time you are talking about. A lot of our staff are on annual leave. If you asked our sales team they will have to give the worst case because if we promised an earlier date and did not meet it then you would be more upset. We can however very often do much quicker delivery times.

GARDEN GATE
This is our second purchase of the same gate although with time it had changed in it's finishes etc. but we quite liked the change. Sadly, some of the spikes on top of the gate weren't straight but time constraints prevented us from returning it.

When you're organising work with a customer it's important that the right timing expectations are set between supplier and workman/woman and also with the end customer. Cannock Gates did exactly that and even more importantly kept to their word. Communications were good and also the product was very well constructed and great value. You may have to wait a few weeks for your gate , but that fact just confirms that their products are in high demand. We'll worth the wait in my opinion and I will use them again and recommend.

Excellent quality
Received the side gate as planned, The quality and finish of the gate was excellent, well protected in packaging and great looking gate. Serves the purpose very well and I bought the 1200mm wide gate but still feels light enough to use but sturdy enough to serve the purpose.

Good quality product, just had gto call them once to check a delivery was on target as it was a bit missleading what message i had got. They chased it up and i received it 3 days later
