Although a little slow on delivery they were very accommodating when the first gate that was delivered was not the right size. Manager I spoke to was extremely patient and professional. The gate ultimately was of a good standard and looks great. I recommend

I had to help with the delivery as they were rather heavy.

Arrived quicker than expected. A good well made, solid gate. True to size. This gate was to replace the gate that we had purchased from Cannock Gates over 20years ago so we had no qualms about using them again.

What a fabulous company this is. We had driveway gates and a pedestrian gate fitted across our driveway. They look amazing and are so easy to operate. It is so refreshing to deal with such a courteous and professional company. I would highly recommend this company

Disappointed somewhat by the screws used in the Salisbury high centre wooden Estate gates. They are rusting already just after two months (order number - 8235).

It would also be useful if components of the ironmongery used in installation were available to buy individually and not only as a very expensive full pack.

I had the same gate before which I replaced with a new one after 10 years and wanted to purchase just a few old nuts and bolts that had rusted badly but that did not become possible.

Overall, very happy.

Gates were reasonably priced and seem to be well made.

The product itsself was/is superb. Great fitters, but customer service extremely disappointing. No politeness, not egar to help resolve issues, verging on argumentive...

Very good service in all respects: listening to our needs/likes, offering advice, measuring on site, and fitting by two skilled fitters, Dean and Steve. Thank you both. There are 3 small coating defects which will need touching up with metal paint on a dry day, but then I am eagle eyed!

After being let down by a couple of companies who took my money for gates they said were in stock and then messaged me to say the gates would not be available for a month, an excellent member of staff at Cannock Gates sorted it all out at high speed.

The unflappable, clever and understanding Errol from Cannock Gates got us fantastic gates, which were delivered the next day by Tardis. We were over the moon, as our joiner was waiting to fit them and I had already forked out a lot on my credit card for out-of-stock gates from other online platforms. The wait for refunds does pile up the debt!

I can only say how wonderful it was to get this sorted out so quickly.

Really pleased with my new gate. It is well made and sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised by the size/thickness of the component parts and their construction.

This is the second pair of wooden drive gates we have ordered from Cannock. They are so well priced for the product received.
