Capital One UK Reviews 

Overall, I’m happy with Capital One and have no other major issues with the service. However, the biggest downside for me is that I’m unable to add my Capital One card to Apple Pay. This is a very convenient feature that I would like to use, and its absence is disappointing. I hope Capital One will consider supporting Apple Pay in the future, as this would significantly improve the customer experience.

Efficient, transparent, easy to deal with and an ap even i can understand

The ease in which the process from application to arrival and the manner by which you keep me aware through the app

I want to add my credit card to Apple Pay but it wouldn’t work and I really don’t know why. Really disappointing

I am indeed grateful to capital one for giving me a second chance.. great card , ease of use and great card to build up credit status. Although a very low credit facility to I’m sure they will increase the limit soon.

Great credit card great rates and smooth app as well. Customer service is great as well no issues

Have you got any future plans to go fully digital.
To allow my account to be operational on Google wallet.
Also, to change the format with physical cards.
For instance , to not have the 16 digits embossedwhich quickly come unreadable.

Great card,easy to use especially with the app giving you monthly statements and instant access to your spending habits
My only gripe would be the inability to access increasing credit limits as I can't fully use the card as required

Great to get my credit score rising and such a easy app to keep on top of the months payments

App very good and card easy to use but the card doesn’t have Apple Pay which is very frustrating as I have MS and this way is easier to pay!

My experience with capital one and with your staff has been beyond excellent service and above all my satisfaction has been really great with the company

I am happy with my new card but I think a starting credit limit of £1500 is way too low. Other than that, the App works very well and if I do need to talk to someone then they are available on the phone and very pleasant.
