Capital One UK Reviews 

Very good and helpful

It’s been great having my capital one card it’s coming in very useful to buy stuff and pay bills xxx so thank you guys you’re so great x

I think Capital One is a great, easy and simple credit card to get started with and the only thing that would make it a 5/5 for me is if it has contactless google pay or apple pay support on the phone.

I'm always having to take it out of my wallet to pay using contactless which thankfully it has that otherwise it would've been a nightmare for a day to day especially if you value time and being on the go as quickly as possible.

So adding mobile wallet support would honestly complete my experience! Please add it you've no idea how much I would recommend it to other people if you did.

Paying off the balance is also super easy and approving payments is very straightforward too so no complaints there.

I found the set up speedy and used the card with ease

I'm not even a Capital One customer, but I'm receiving emails about someone else's account.

Surely there should be email verification in place to stop this happening?

I've emailed Capital One about it but haven't received a response. I just want the issue sorted so the actual account holder can receive their emails instead of them coming to me.

Hopefully someone at Capital One will take notice and look into it.

Aslong as you pay in time

I’ve been using my Capital One credit card for a year now, and my experience so far has been positive. The service has been good, the account is easy to manage, and I appreciate the convenience and flexibility the card offers. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and happy to continue using Capital One. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward credit card service.

There is no facility to increase my limit even though I’ve never missed a payment

I have had this card for a year no credit increase my son had his card for 3 months he got increase straight away

I took out the credit card as I was going on holiday. In the end I didn't need it. I now have it for any future holidays. The initial application was easy and it didn't take long before I received the card.

Great easy to use the app is excellent You can navigate the app easily

Great company but not enough credit increases not once have I missed a payment but no offer of credit increase

Communication from Capital One is non-existent. I’ve had the card for about 6 weeks and still constantly chasing them to complete my balance transfer. Every advisor I’ve spoken to, has a different excuse or passes the buck to another team. Lost over a month of my interest free balance transfer offer so far which was the only reason I took out the card in the first place.

I am very happy with Capital One. The application process was straightforward, and I have found the service very good. I also like being able to manage my account easily and having the option to pay my balance in full each month. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Capital One.
