A very good credit card that is easy to use and communication is excellent.

I’ve had a good experience with Capital One UK overall. I applied for a few credit cards, and Capital One offered me the best credit limit out of all of them, which I really appreciate.

My main disappointment is that I can’t add my Capital One credit card to Apple Wallet and use Apple Pay. I usually rely on my iPhone for contactless payments and don’t always carry my physical cards with me. On a recent trip to London, I intended to use my Capital One card but forgot to bring it with me, so I couldn’t use it when I wanted to.

I’m happy with the credit limit and the overall experience, but adding Apple Pay support would make the card much more convenient to use. I hope Capital One considers introducing this feature in the future.

Been paying capital one ok for 15 years , sudden unannounced change of procedures making it suoer difficult ( unless your a software developer!!)

Same procedure works occasionally then not , gonna cut card up not riskingmy hard earned cash going into an unknown black hole !

Capital one are defineately not to be trusted. They'll block your card and blame you, then close your account if you daré to complain. DO NOT under any circumstances trust these clowns. I was never late; always made sure my balance was paid each month but the useless clowns still shut my account because i dared complain and now they left a black mark on my credit file after shutting my account

The customer service had helped me understand when to put the money back in from whatever I use to help me get my credit score back on track. Honestly, it started working I’ve seen my credit score go up by a lot just from the tips they gave me. Would really recommend.

I think Capital One is a great, easy and simple credit card to get started with and the only thing that would make it a 5/5 for me is if it has contactless google pay or apple pay support on the phone.

I'm always having to take it out of my wallet to pay using contactless which thankfully it has that otherwise it would've been a nightmare for a day to day especially if you value time and being on the go as quickly as possible.

So adding mobile wallet support would honestly complete my experience! Please add it you've no idea how much I would recommend it to other people if you did.

Paying off the balance is also super easy and approving payments is very straightforward too so no complaints there.

I'm not even a Capital One customer, but I'm receiving emails about someone else's account.

Surely there should be email verification in place to stop this happening?

I've emailed Capital One about it but haven't received a response. I just want the issue sorted so the actual account holder can receive their emails instead of them coming to me.

Hopefully someone at Capital One will take notice and look into it.

I’ve been using my Capital One credit card for a year now, and my experience so far has been positive. The service has been good, the account is easy to manage, and I appreciate the convenience and flexibility the card offers. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and happy to continue using Capital One. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward credit card service.
