Very good experience.I can now use money before salary comes. I can also increse my credit score.

I have had my card for a year now, and I have not encountered any issues. The app is excellent and you can keep up to date with every purchase you make. Statements are received monthly through the app, which is really handy, and I have never needed to call the customer seevice line, as everything has gone smoothly. An excellent choice and fantastic service .

My card is very good and I receive emails about my balance and what I pay each month which is good so I am always reminded when payment is due and the card is so easy to use sensibly and when you have a question and you phone customer service you speak to a member of staff who is very helpful

I've requested statements for my settled account for which i don't have access through the app, i have made contact with them three times and been waiting from last 20 days to receive my statements but still not resolved. Asked them to send through priority mail but yet responded to wait further more 7 days. Really bad customer service.

First thing was being accepted. Then there's the security of knowing it's safe to use if I'm not 100% confident about the site I want to use. Having my limit raised without asking is a bonus.

Capital one are beyond brilliant, so very easy to apply for, easy to make extra payments, everything you need is at the end of of your fingers, no agro, no hassle, the card came in brilliant time,

Absolutely horrific. I received an email from capital one saying my ocean credit card was on the way, unfortunately I had not applied for an ocean credit card or capital one credit card, phoned customer service and explained this thinking that was the end of the matter but unfortunately no it was not, they then continued with we have set up a direct debit which I cancelled immediately, phoned customer service up and was disconnected 3 times during phone call which was disgusting, I then phoned there fraud department and explained the whole thing over and over and said I've not applied for a credit card, again hoping this would be the end of the matter but again no it was not as they continued over and over to set up continuous direct debits on my bank account which they have no authorisation to do so, continued to promise they would resolve the matter, phone you back from our dedicated team within 48 hours which again never happened. Stay well clear of capital one absolutely horrific. Matter still ongoing....next step for me is to report this to the police authorities. Repeating to continue and set up an unauthorised direct debit is an criminal offence section 2 fraud act 2006 which capital one have broken the law 3 times now which is now in the hands of action fraud and the police.

Just received my second credit card from Capital One and on the whole I am very pleased at the way they handle things. Keep up the good work.

The reason I've left that 2 stars is because yes I've had this for one year and I still can't get a rise in money from you guys even tho I've NEVER missed a payment

Easy to use and a helpful team, the app is very user friendly and you get the option to set up a direct debit or just pay what you want as and when as soon as you know the minimum payment. Good card to boost your credit score 👍

Horrible verification team, and a lack of transparency. The customer service told me to send specific documents which I did, but the team handling the identification do not give any detailed reason for rejecting even when details line up. Disappointing when this could have been easily resolved with a more detailed letter, phone call, or email. I got led on a goose chase for no reason at all.
