The delivery was excellent of the goods received, but there was no Bonus free gift included in the box, so I am knocking a star off for that reason. Its, and shame, because I wanted to know what the free gift was.

Selling items that are out of stock, and being told it could be weeks if not months before its back in. Promptly cancelled the order, but still waiting for refund to appear in my account after being told 48hrs

To begin with there price promise means nothing, you ring to ask them to match a price and they say its out of stock to prevent them having to honour their promise, even though it is in stock and allows you to place the order online amd pay, then 2nd time i rang after receiving my order i needed some help with a small issue but abruptly told its a professional job to fit a head unit when its only a case of plugging in the iso which i did, i only needed to clarify a few details of extra wiring, but i could tell instantly the bloke i was speaking with had no intention of helping, just kept saying its a job for a professional, customer service is appauling only getting 2 stars because my headunit was delivered quickly, god help if my unit ever developes an issue 😟

Good service, good communication, quick delivery. Have not installed the product yet, so I can't review that yet. But packaged well. 👍

I received a package of speakers from Car Audio Centre that were not sealed. The box had obviously been opened as the drivers were full of dust and there was even some dried foliage in there. The package the tweeters in had been crushed and punctured, luckily not harming the cones. I had no choice but to fit them that day. I sent in photographs as customer services advised, but they were very unhelpful and did not offer any refund for the time it took me to clean them before installation. I will not be using Car Audio Centre again.

Very easy shopping on the website, lots to choose from at very reasonable prices, if your not sure if a particular item is what your looking for you can always ask and they will help you out or suggest something more suitable to your application.

I ordered a radio and after a week I had heard nothing so called to see what the hold up was, I was told it was on back order, not good business there!!! If it was out of stock it should have said so on Web site

The Item was perfect and fitted well into my BMW I3 very easily. Delivered in the time range but was not told when item was posted and could not be tracked. A minor matter but it did say in the order that this service was provided. Never mind I am delighted with the product.
