I found the one girl in your call centre great, Vanya I think. Others I found more difficult to hear or understand so clearly. I would have preferred a simple online form, which nobody seems to do.

Time to change insurer
Moved away from Carole Nash Ireland after many years. Impossible to contact to make changes to a policy renewal, wasted hours on hold on the phone in recent weeks. Emailing also extremely difficult, set up that you cannot reply or gives automated reply. Has been steadily getting worse in recent years and dreaded to think what would happen if I ever had a problem. Time to move on like all my friends.

Very difficult to contact by telephone
Very difficult to contact by telephone, After 15 minutes of annoying Hold muisc on their dedicated motorcyle renewal line they cut you off, dont reply to emails and dont call you back after leaving messages.
Prices are good but customer service is amateur at best.

Twice i called to cancel my policy
Twice i called to cancel my policy. It was never cancelled. Didn't get my refund back. It's not about the money. I shouldn't have to call twice and still not cancelled

Poor flexibility
Their customer service is abysmal, just drones with no personality or friendly attitude. They will not offer a quote for insurance for learners unless it is a low displacement bike and even then it is restrictive and you are limited to what bike you can insure. Principal insurance offers a much better experience although not perfect by any means it is still a better option. I only contacted Nash once and it was a poor experience to turn me off.
