Ordered Take Flight Cabin Spinner and Vanity. Beautiful items and super fast delivery. Great covers for the bags and a waterproof cover for the cabin spinner.

Order delivered within two days. The item was well packaged, and in perfect condition. Unfortunately the item was not suitable for me, but customer service was excellent. There was no endless waiting for a response to my telephone call, and the return was collected next day. This was processed and refunded within a couple of days. I will be more than happy to order from Case Luggage in the future.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered 3 cases and opted for standard delivery, forgetting about the looming double bank holiday. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly and courteously, even late into the evening!
They allowed me to upgrade the delivery to next day and even combined my orders so I only paid the one fee.
Excellent service - the cases arrived as promised with DPD, who I find to be just about the most reliable courier out there at the minute.
Overall the process was simple and the cases were available at a fantastic discount, so I'm very happy.
