Fantastic service. Really impressed. Order suitcase which firstly was excellent price. Then delivery time frame excellent. More importantly I wasn’t sure if one of my delivery updates via text was legitimate as didn’t recognise the reference. The customer service team were extremely helpful, efficient and put my mind at rest. Haven’t had on line customer service so accessible like that for a long time. Highly recommend doing business with this company.

Tumi Garment trifold
Had a very good experience in terminal 4.
I come just to buy a Tumi just in case Tote, and the young gentleman with beard spotted I had 2 suits in my hand, he quickly advice me the to have a look into the Tumi Garment Trifold.
I loved the idea of the bag and bought it, is something I was considering for quite wile but never come across to a such product.

Poor service. Complete garbage
Very poor service and will never buy or use this again.
Bought my suitcase from Harvey Nichols and Case luggage being their agent to dispatch the goods. The suitcase was damaged within a single use and i had returned this to HN. This was later sent back to case luggage for assessment. As this is faulty they claim since is used they are unable to refund anything. Even it is sent back to them. Staff is very unprofessional and has an attitude that they are not bother to service you as you are not important. As junior staff couldn’t and didn't bother with it, this was escalated to their manager which made no difference at all. They kept stating they need to examine the product and is right for them to take however long it needs. Months and months has passed and is now more than a year. Heard hot a single word from them. £250 is gone and this is how they rip customers off.

Great customer service, Simiran is a keeper!
Great customer service! I had my bag replaced and the process was very convenient!! It made me feel I made the right decision buying a Samsonite bag in the past, and now I know I will continue being their customer in the future. The assistant in charge of helping me, has been a great factor in determining this. Simiran went above and beyond assisting me with all the delivery. Thank You again for everything.

Ordered a Samsonite cabin case to match…
Ordered a Samsonite cabin case to match a previously purchased suitcase. As it was an older model it was good to see that Case had it and at a reasonable price too! Two things to improve is tracking/update as you asked for a review before the case turned up. The second is the SLA on delivery the case just turned up with no real warning. I'm Happy the site is genuine and my suitcase arrived!
