The dress was as described; gorgeous but unfortunately too big. Customer service was ver accommodating. They offered to exchange but due to time constraints I’m unable to exchange. I opted for a store credit. I’m very happy with customer service and will return for more.

I ordered a white suit on August and I payed 100 euros and still my ordered has not arrived !
I send them emails and no one answers and when I put the order id number it says that this order no exists …. So I just lost 100 euros …. Do not order anything !!!

After ordering two dresses on 09.09.24 only one dress has arrived 2.5 weeks later. Company not contacted me either any update as when the dress will arrive so it left me with no choice other than chasing them. They told me it’s out of stock and it will be shipped soon. Six weeks later with continuous chasing, they never offered me refund , instead they are still selling the dress on their website after they have emailed me it will be out of stock until further notice. They offered me a replacement which I have chosen , however paying £18 for express delivery six weeks ago already, they had had the cheek to tell me that in order to exchange I will need to pay £30 the difference in price. I mean this is just a scam and customer service at its worst!!!!

I keep sending emails regarding 2 transactions in my bank account $129.00 twice and nobody replies to me. The tracking number shows the status at the same location for the last 3 days..
Does anyone know how long they take to delivery a dress??

It is a big scam! It is a totally different product and not similar to photos. Quality is really bad. They do not accept any return and they even do not reply to customer's mail. Never ever!

Have just received two dresses from Catchall and I can't believe how beautiful they are, much nicer than the pictures. Arrived very early and I am so thrilled with them. Please if you are looking for something special, you can't go past Catchall.

I received my formal dress a 4 weeks after I ordered it
I checked their site size chart and ordered a large. I could not zip it up across the back and sent them pictures. They will not refund. They offered to
exchange for the same value but there is nothing else that I want.
I am out $105.00. I should have checked the reviews before ordering.

Been trying to contact to return a dress and all I get is the slience. They say it’s a custom so won’t take back unless there is a defect. This is NOT a custom made dress. Very cheaply made dress. I would give 0 star if I can.

They are terrible , I ordered a dress 80 pound when it came the material is like 5 pound dress and the dress was Xl and small like M. I send them an email to return my dress and they replay to me they said they don't do return and refund.

I’ve had the best experience with the service and products. I received the dress in about two weeks after placing an order. I loved it but unfortunately they didn’t fit me. So I wrote them suggesting an exchange. However, it wasn’t needed. The staff were prompt and very helpful. They offered to send me another dress in the correct size for free. Thankfully, the other dress fits perfectly. Nevertheless, both are high quality for affordable price and just like in the picture on their site. I am more than satisfied with this experience. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever, I requested a return 10 days ago and up to this moment there’s no response or an action!

Great customer service great staff i experienced .When I placed my order, the order arrived, I noticed that it was completely different from what I imagined, and I asked them to return the order, but they, having a wonderful staff, offered me to keep the clothes and choose something else at that price, and they did not they asked me to collect the shipping money on my other order thank you very much for your kind attitude and during this time I had many questions they were always answering those questions great staff thank you.

I had to request to return the dress I ordered since I didn’t like how it looks on me . But they offered to send any dress I pick for free .
I just hope if they can post more videos or pictures for their clothes on instagram

Fast and kind customer service
The dress ordered was very good quality and exactly like the photos. The dress was a bit big and they offered to send a smaller size for free ( didn’t have to exchange the larger size as it would cost too much to send back) first experience from any company offering this service. Very impressed!

My dress arrived and the sizing is way off, the dress does not resemble the dress I ordered and no return address or any return information available. I have sent numerous emails and used the
Chat option on their website but still no reply! The dress was an expensive dress and an absolute disgrace, do not order from them!!

TERRIBLE! AVOID DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! CLOTHES ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ITEMS ONLINE. TRIED TO RETURN A DRESS WAS GIVING AN ADDRESS SENT THE DRESS BACK THEN THEY RETURNED IT BACK STATING THAT THE RETURN ADDRES CHANGED. COMPLETE BS. THEY REFUSE TO RETUN MY MONEY AND STOP RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS
