Great Customer Service! Dresses are amazing. Finally found my trusted store! Francesca from Italy

JOKE OF A COMPANY. FOUR DRESSES ORDERED IN APRIL. ONE CAME AFTER A MONTH, TWO CAME AFTER TWO MONTHS AND LAST ONE TODAY. COURIER DIDN'T ATTEMPT DELIVERY WAS TAKEN STRAIGHT TO POST OFFICE FOR COLLECTION. ALL SUPPOSED TO BE SIZE MEDIUM BUT TOTALLY DIFFERENT. BAD QUALITY. CUSTONER SERVICE NO HELP. AVOID!

I ordered a dress and I went by their sizing chart but Upon arrival the dress was to big. I emailed their customer service and explained what had happened and asked for an exchange.
Whoever I spoke to was prompt in replying and said that they would be able to exchange it for me for the correct size. As I was responding to their email I received an email from them with my new order in the correct size. Then I received another email explaining that I could keep the ORIGINAL order as it would cost me to much to return.
I was so surprised at this all I can say is that this company is LEGIT and their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again.

Ich habe 3 Kleider u 1 Ohrring gekauft u diese nie erhalten! (Werbung Insta) Geld weg u Lieferung Verfolgbar bis nach Wittenwil Schweiz. Catchall reagiert nur mit Standardsätzen, zur Verfolgung der Lieferung. DPD reagiert mit Standardschreiben, sie antworten innert 24h. Auch hier keine weitere Reaktion.
Fazit: Nicht bestellen!!! Nicht kaufen!!! Betrüger!

Hice un pedido en esta web y no me permiten devolverlos por no tener ningún defecto de fábrica; quería devolverlos porque no me quedan bien.
Las tallas son pequeñas, de normal uso la L o XL y aquí compré la XXL y quedan pequeños.
No recomendaría este sitio para comprar.

Très déçu de la matière par apport au prix .pas dutout conforme aux photos, on peux trouve beaucoup moins cher sur shein et avec une qualité meilleur. J'ai commandé une robe mais avec 98 euro et les frais de livraison exorbitant biensur comme c'est à l'international en espérant avoir de la qualité mais bon .très déçus en plus pour les retours ya pas de possibilité comme les frais c'est à ma charge, de l'arnaque vraiment t .

I bought the dress for my friend but she did not like it when I emailed them in 24 hours I got store credit almost as much as the price my dress . Great experience!
