Excellent service from a company that has plenty to choose from. The staff are always very helpful (special note for Lucy), and efficient. Competitively priced and orders are delivered in a timely manner. Well worth visiting their website or their premises if you are looking for something in particular and cannot find it elsewhere.

Pitco Fryer delivered packaging was fine but when I opened the packaging found damaged and the door is not getting closed. Gaps in door and main burner area on both sides. Seems fire safety hazard can cause problem while use.

I placed a order on line for a lincat parts, electric element for my lincat 6 slot toaster. I was told it will take 2 to 3 working days.I received the parts on time as promised. Well done you are verry professional.

Advertise 1to 2 day delivery and 2 days later item not even dispatched or located in warehouse it seems... I have continuously chased this since moment I bought it and all I get in response is " email have been sent to warehouse" does no one actually pick up phone any more ? I have deadline to my customer and now I fail this as I do not have the item to work with. Another case of online company takes money but not deliver!

terrible service after 3 attempts to deliver and paying 126 pounds extra the item was not delivered and they cancelled the whole order. All this company wants is money. I have not been refunded the extra payment. Besides the delivery team is useless they promised to come back with a trolley for the stairs and never arrived it took almost a week to rearrange delivery with no pre-warning or date when they are coming. They arrived without notice, refused to negotiate with the customer where to put the appliance, and just drove off. The third time they arrived again without letting anyone know and no one was home. we waited a whole day as we had no idea they had been and were only informed at the end of the day when we had wasted a whole day in with no freezer. I reordered the freezer from next day catering appliances company and was delivered without any hassle took up all the stairs unpacked the appliance and put into place. Please take this email seriously as it is a shame your company has such terrible service as i would like to continue using them but not with such awful service.

I honestly cannot fault. Impeccable service. Always do what they can on price. I always research prices and try and get the best value for money that I possibly can whilst also trying to keep to one supplier, so always give the opportunity to match if I find a lower price. Very quick to respond to questions are queries. Delivery always prompt and reliable. Best of all worlds. My now go to supplier for all my catering requirements.

Worst experience ever.

Lack of communication, lack of customer services. Completely disappointed. We spoke to a customer service agent who made our life super complicated and no other agent would pick the matter.

We placed the order on a Saturday thinking of receiving it on Tuesday (a big order and they advertised 24hr delivery guarantee for orders before 3 pm on the day before, that was the only reason why we decided to go for JJ Martin ). We called to see if there was a possibility of having the delivery scheduled, they said “ would let you know”. however we only got the answer on Tuesday at 4:35pm that it comes with a cost and we were never advised that this would stop the delivery for a few days.

They should be able to explain beforehand that if there is a need for scheduled delivery it can incur a delay of the delivery expectations provided by your tracking link.

After that, on Wednesday after back and forward with the agent, he advised TWICE that “Normal delivery was requested to XPO anytime in the day should be delivered on Thursday between 8am and 6pm” We agreed on that.

Thursday morning we call XPO and they had the delivery in hold because they were still waiting the payment for the scheduled delivery, XPO asked us to call back JJ Martin since they were never advised to proceed with normal delivery on Thursday. We called the agent and he asked us should we agree on standard delivery?
That was already part of the plan but the agent forgot to tell XPO the day before.
Another lie.

Bottom line our business taking a loss.

The agent is still telling us let me try and see if I can have it delivered “today “otherwise not will be tomorrow.
XPO already told us that if JJ Martin confirm by 3 pm on Thursday today, will be delivered tomorrow as standard delivery. So why JJ Martin customer services is giving the false expectation of “trying to have it delivered by today”, lack of competency.

Why JJ is advertising on their website a 24hr delivery? Another lie.

We couldn’t speak to a manager to explain the situation. Apparently you need to book a 24hrs call back.

Great customer service , quick efficient , and proactive . Able to choose delivery days and hold back certain items

I recently placed an order with Catering Appliance Superstore, only to have it canceled due to a pricing error. Despite receiving an order confirmation, the company offered only a tiny discount as compensation, which is unacceptable. I also missed out on another deal because of this issue. Very disappointed with their customer service and handling of the situation. I expected better from a company of this size and reputation. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
