Scammers. Quality is rough

A scam company do not order I cancelled the order within 12 hours of making it as the amount was doubled they didn’t even refund me I had to claim against my bank and now they are claiming I got my order DO NOT ORDER from these they don’t even have a phone number

Order placed on a Saturday, and by Wednesday still not delivered
Hamperwell are saying it’s not their responsibility and out of their control
They have taken no responsibility or action for delayed delivery showing awful customer service
Many other companies out there with much better service and delivery - don’t bother with these!

They offer next day delivery, I requested delivery for 7 days time. They contacted me to say they couldn't offer that but claimed to arrange it for my preferred alternative date of a further 3 days time (the day before the recipient was to receive it). The delivery did not take place and no explanation was offered but a promise it would arrive the next day, on the day the recipient was to receive it. The delivery did not take place and the courier company, when I called them, said they had never received the parcel. I asked for a full refund the same day and stated I would refuse any attempted delivery as the goods were no longer required. I did refuse delivery a further 3 days later and have never had a reply from Hamperwell, its been 4 days since my promised delivery date. I have emailed them again requesting a refund. Not a happy customer.

Unbelievable appalling
I just can’t believe how a fraudulent company like hamperwell is still operating. Why are the authorities not shutting it down. 61 pounds for this crap cardboard filled with chocolate and fake I repeat FAKE flowers. And the msg I thought would be a cute thing to write down comes written on a receipt. Nothing at all like in pics and that little fake video on their website. I’ll definitely be returning the crap I ordered. Wish I had come here and read these reviews before ordering. I am so pissed right now. I wanted to give this as a gift to someone. The owner of this crap company needs to stop scamming people.

Luxury Handmade Assorted Chocolate Truffles Gift Box were replaced by cheaper milk tray chocolates and the Premium Everlasting Pink Soap Roses were plastic
not worth the £40 paid

My boybfriend order a kinder hamper for xmas the delivered just random nestle choc. Emailed over 4x now, no response contacted through social media page and again no response. Wrong product sent and being completely ignored. Dont waste your money here.

Terrible service. Purchased and ordered early afternoon on Monday. Cancelled my order two days later on Wednesday with no specified reason. It shouldn’t take two days to dispatch, and especially not 2 days to dispatch.

Very disappointed and will not be using this company in the future.

Cheap product, gave cheap roses that were plastic from a pound shop, advertised as soap roses. Less chocolates than advertised, clearly, Hamperwell can't count!!! Waste of money! Avoid!!!!

The hamper I bought from Hamperwell was half the size pictured, the box was damaged, the quality was very poor, it looked nothing like advertised and after selecting 17 different types of sweets, I received a total of 5 different types! After emailing the company 4 times to find a solution, they have continued to ignore me. Terrible customer service and very sub-standard product.

Not even worthy of 1 star rating. Looks like I am not the only one with the same issues. Paid for a hamper for over £30 and when received looked nothing like picture as advertised. Missing chocolates, glue on the flowers, chocolates not sent as pictured... when emailing over them pictures they totally ignored what I said and argued the fact what I received is what is pictured. Didnt pay for a hamper to have missing chocolates nor for there to be glue all over the imitation roses. Customer service said go online read the returns and accused me of fraud. Save your money and avoid at all costs. Not worth the money. They will issue you a credit note to place another order with them when they can't even get the first one correct. What a joke of a company. All they care about it taking the money and then your on your own. AVOID AVOID AVOID

When emailed them to say others reviewed the same they said Trustpilot are scammers 😂😂😂 and shortly after marking my emails to go in junk... bascially ignoring and now cant take the truth.

Purchased Lindt Hamper for my wife. The image shows black Cherry candles. When it came they had tropical jungle inside, I emailed to query this but was informed the website says they are random choice when it clearly doesn’t. I then proceeded to open the chocolates which were smashed all over the place, they don’t even fit on the holes as they’re too big. The red love heart chocolates were also white on the outside which appears to happen when chocolate melts slightly. I’m never one to complain but I feel for £45 this deserves one! Avoid for the money!

I emailed Hamperwell and the item I received has not as described and had things missing. The customer service I had off the back of this was shocking. The customer service agent was referring to me as ‘Karen’ instead of my actual name. After saying multiple times what the issues was they replied saying ‘ Your response epitomises everything that is wrong with this country and people’s attitudes.’ Said how dare I raise the complaint and I should take off my ‘rose tinted glasses’ . I then asked for a time frame on my refund only to get a reply that they would not be giving me a time frame as they had ‘wasted enough time on me’. Obviously after all the above I perused the complaint regarding horrific customer service when they sent me an incorrect product just to threatened with hearing from their solicitor?

This company is beyond a joke and I have never been spoken to this way any any customer service representative in my life (baring in mind I work in customer service too)

Absolutely shocked

Came damaged, sweets everywhere box bent and damaged then don't responded to customer service.

I found the perfect gift for my mom at this gift shop. Their thoughtfully curated selection made it easy to find something special, and the secured delivery service added an extra level of happiness to my shopping experience.

Shocking, the chocolate was expired.

If you want to waste money, spend it with hamperwell how they are legally allowed to sell expired products and charge 4x more than just buying the chocolate bars is beyond me

Would never recommend!

Asked to review my order. Order did not arrive on time. Won’t order again, order expected for Saturday, might not see it till Monday.Will not use again.

Bunch of numbskulls, they don’t answer emails , and only post reviews they want to see..
I purchased a large box of jelly beans as part of birthday present for my wife, turns up a disgrace, second class beans stuck together in threes and twos, and some just lumps of sugary gunk
Will never use again, and never recommend
Fast postage , but better off buying from ALDI…..
£20 wasted on manufacturers rejects
