I ordered a hamper for my daughters 30th birthday ( I'm in Australia and she is in UK) I placed an order online and I read reviews from TrustPilot, after the purchase. I'll admit I was very apprehensive due to what I read. But, I had emailed them before ordering regarding delivery and I got a prompt reply. Delivery was spot on the date they advised and it was as described and as the photo. As they have been taken over in August, I really hope that they can gain the customer service back. I would use them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
No updates on order since 15th September and no product received.
Plz don’t waste your time or money ordering from this company.

Avoid scam company still waiting 3 weeks later no response to emails, avoid at all cost

Never again will I order from there, made an order for a gift never turned up when I sent an email on Instagram I get told that arrival and dispatch date are different. Then the tracking for my parcel the page came up as error. Do not be fooled by the nice pictures

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered chocolate bouquet with candles , july 11th for a bridal gift, did not arrive, sent several emails as to there whereabouts, no delivery,no answers to my emails, since then several more
emails requesting a refund, so ignorant can’t even have the decency to reply. As a pensioner I can’t afford to lose money

Arrived late even though I paid for quicker delivery, when I finally found it , it was packed with the wrong colour candle. I tried to contact them via email and social media and no reply. Total disappointment and waste of money

Absolutely disgusting! Anything above a 1 on this survey is a lie! I ordered a Lindt & Yankee candle collaboration that arrived a week early, no note that I asked for (which was offered) only to open it to see chocolate with Rrp price markings and worst of all no candles! Contacted via support, Instagram and email multiple times to get a refund only to tell me it’s now outside the returns period. Absolute scam and didn’t even get a response as to why things are missing. Shocking service.

Avoid at all costs! Product ordered never arrived at its destination.

I have now contacted Hamperwell Ltd several times asking for a refund. The only email reply I’ve received consisted of 5 words. This seems like a lot more than some others have got!

I’m going to have to go to my credit card provider to get a refund.

Don’t be taken in by the shiny website that looks reputable - this company is a sham.

Service was very good and I was very satisfied with the flowers, candles and chocolates.

Accept orders but don’t send items and don’t reply to emails. I had to go through my bank to get a refund.
AVOID!

Pre ordered a birthday gift then it went past my chosen dispatch date, no response from my emails and I've been blocked on social media for trying to contact them that way. I have purchased before no problems but sounds dodgy to me. Luckily my bank has given me a refund because I doubt they would have. If they would have told me about the delay I wouldn't be so mad, nothing's worse than a late birthday gift.

I order gift yankee candle signature chocolate bouquet for my little sister for her graduation. I order the give on the 9th and her graduation which was today I paid for delivery, to be deliver on my choose day which was 16th on her grad day. Since ordering the parcel I have not heard from them. I have sent them 3 emails today and yesterday and Sunday to enquiry all email have no response and from reading these review I don’t think I’ll be receiving my parcel. Absolute scammers and they clearly done care anymore seeing the they don’t bother to respond to any of the reviews they have been receiving on here. They have lit ruined my day and my celebrations with my sisters. I’ve had to spend more money to get last minute give for her. Thanks so much Hamperwell x

I don’t think you should order from them they are either going out of business or have already gone out of business.

I ordered kinder chocolates as a gift for a friend.

I mistakenly used my friend’s shipping address as the billing address.

I tried to edit this on the website however it did not give me the option to do so.

I contacted them by email as they do not have a direct line.

I asked if they could kindly amend the billing address.

I did receive a response advising this could be changed and to provide the address.

I provided them with the correct billing address however I received no response. I sent my initial email on the 24th and sent another one on the 25th and no response to confirm if the billing address has been updated.

I hadn’t read the reviews prior but wish I did.

I wouldn’t use the company again based on the lack of response which I believe is poor customer service.

The products I paid for (kinder chocolate) were not cheap I paid £22.

Customer service definitely is part of your experience and it now feels tainted.

I still do not know if it has been amended or not.

Wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of response and based on the other reviews.

The goods haven’t been delivered at present and I am concerned now what they product will look like based on the other reviews.

My items are still missing.i have contacted at least with five emails no responce.not a very professional company won't be re using

They claim they handle customs fees for overseas orders but this is a total lie. I was sent a request for duty fees in Spain for a hamper from a relative.

Don't waste your money. I ordered a chocolate and candle bouquet for my wife's birthday. Other than the branded lindors the other chocolate was mediocre to poor in taste and texture, definitely not 'luxury' as quoted. The roses (which I were led to believe were soap, I see the wording on the website has now changed) are actually poor quality, tacky synthetic roses that had no aroma, not really sure what the point of them is? And finally, the candle scents I ordered were not the ones received. Very disappointed over all, for what was hoped to be a special luxury addition (especially at that price tag!) to my wife's present collection left us both very underwhelmed and disappointed. Won't be ordering again or recommending.

Ordered a hamper with chocolates, flowers and wine for a birthday. Not only was it not delivered on time but they delivered it to me instead of the recipient address I gave them. Email response was very brusque and no apology given. Avoid this company and spend your well earned money on a company with good customer service!

They charged a premium for what looked like a great product, however they sent something with completely different contents that they tried to pass off as what was in the advert. Very slow response via email ( they don’t have a phone ) and a complete lack of care or apology, also expecting me to foot the bill of sending it back, when it’s their fault. I should have read the reviews prior, as everyone is saying the same. Awful company! AVOID !!

Do not use this lot
I placed an order for a hamper and bottle of prosecco for a birthday/mothersday present.
The order went through and i was charged, i contacted them as the order didn't arrive and I received a less than customer service response.
The next day the prosecco turned up, the order slip showed both items with a line going through it.

Eventually I get a ignorant response stating they don't ship hampers outside the uk and that it says that on their website somewhere!
So they will take your order and charge but never tell you it won't ship their during the process like its a website from the 1900's!

I posted on their facebook page an they blocked me.
If you look on their facebook posts, you will see it shows 10 comments but maybe 1 will appear. When people complain they block and ignore them.

Ive contacted my bank to ensure they charge back the cost.
Do not use this low end crowd, clearly someone throwing junk together who hasn't a clue what they are doing.. or they clearly know what they are at

Ordered the Mother's Day chocolates and candle box directly from Hamperwell. Com on the 5th of March, for Mother's Day on the 10th.
The web site specifically stated " order now for Mothers day ",
On the 8th of March,((Friday) I received a text saying my gift would arrive on the 11th , day after Mothers day.
Really poor from this company, certainly spoiled Mothers Day.
