Firtsly, i found it embarrassing that someone i care about had to recieve what i thought 'looked' like something a bit different for Valentines Day, in reality it was a box of old tat worth ± £3 tops, with false descriptions of what i was actually paying £45 for! No Yankee Candles, a couple of Lindt Chocolates & some cheap chocolate heart s that i wouldn't feed a dog. Stear clear of this mob, its no surprise that you are not directed to reviews from their website! I'm being very generous awarding one star as it wasn't even worth that!

£45 for a lidnt and yankee candle bouquet , to get delivered the cheapest looking box possible.

No yankee candles, instead two cheap looking candles unbranded that have no smell.

The soap roses look awful, the chocolates are cheap replacements and a handfull of lidnt chocolates .

Do not waste your money on this shite .

Ordered the lindt and Yankee candle box and the candles were just a generic brand you get from a pound shop.

Rewriting my review as I did get a refund. Ordered item thinking they were a big company. Realised that I had missed off house name. Completely my fault. Emailed within 5 mins of placing order and again another two times asking them to add this. It was not dispatched fo next working day so assumed they would pick it up but they didn’t. Got an email eventually saying it was too late to change address and then got a notification RM won’t deliver as address incomplete. Emailed again and I did eventually get a refund which was appreciated. It’s a shame as product did look good but a quicker response to email could have rectified this or atleast allowed me to ensure the 21st birthday recipient actually had got a gift on their birthday. Customer service is poor. Three stars as they did refund.

Ordered a blue hamper for a friend on 23 December with 24 hour Royal Mail tracked.

They took payment, haven't sent any items, and have no customer service department. Obviously they're no longer operating, left their website up as a SCAM, then just taking money off the people.

Beware - this company is a SCAM.

I ordered on 4th December 3 x liquorice hampers worth £50. The box arrived at my local sorting office open and empty.

Four emails later and still no response. I'm now contacting my bank to recoup my payment.

Shocking customer service, will never use this company again

Simply not acceptable

Ordered for a Christmas present for someone on the 5th December to which it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th December. Received a email that it would be posted with Royal mail 24 hours No email to say it has been shipped. On shop it says shipped. Emailed 3 times, no reply. There is no phone number. Feel totally riped off, definitely not happy

Missing item and delivery over a week late. Tried to contact multiple times but no reply

Ordered a chocolate hamper for a family member. The hamper listed everything that it should have contained. There were zero of one chocolate bar and when I queried this afterwards they said I should have been informed. I was not. In fact I received no communication from them after ordering. I was unaware it had been delivered until my family member said ‘thank you’! I complained and they offered me 10% off my next order!! Won’t be ordering again as you don’t get what’s listed, obviously just what they happen to have!!

Honestly the worst company ever

I made a human error when submitting my order, i tried to rectify by calling them but no contact number. I emailed them 4 times but no reply for a 4 days now , the occasion is already spoilt

I ordered the Kinder Chocolate Letterbox Hamper as an Easter gift for my girlfriend, who’s a big fan of Kinder products. When we opened it together, we were both really disappointed to find that there were no Kinder chocolates inside at all. Instead, the hamper was filled with a random selection of dairy chocolates that didn’t match the product description or the pictures shown when I placed the order.

I emailed Hamperwell with a clear explanation, asking for the correct items to be sent or for the missing Kinder chocolates to be provided. I even attached a screenshot showing how the hamper was advertised versus what was delivered.

Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. After getting no response, I raised the issue through Klarna, and only then did Hamperwell reply — refusing to help because a chargeback was open. Klarna eventually resolved the case in my favour, but the whole thing was a hassle that could have been avoided with some basic customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. The product wasn’t as advertised, and support was non-existent until I escalated the issue.

Im not sure why there is some poor reviews on here i ordered a week back , delivery was really prompt it seems people are a little confused when reviewing…the delivery issues is the fault of the delivery company not the product company itself , the aftercare is what they should deal with ,overall products was great certainly a different way of giving to someone,
I will be using again in the next week or so for a birthday .. i would recommend, my product was delivered 48 hours which to be honest is a very rapid service… ORDER #252830

Service was very good and I was very satisfied with the flowers, candles and chocolates.
I highly recommend this gift shop for anyone looking to create meaningful and secure personalized gifts.

No delivery even after 3 weeks, after spending 110 pounds. No phone number to ring, nobody replying to my email. I don't know what will happen next and if it is an honest mistake, but so far, bad experience. I don't trust companies that have no phone number. Regretting my purchase.

Awful company to deal with. Requested a refund and trying to refuse

one star is too many ,, my order at christmas was dumped at the door when my aunt wasnt home , in clear sight of a footpath less that 6 feet from the package . needles to say it was stolen . hamperwell couldnt have cared less , the picture for deliver shows it lying against the front door and for them thats classed as delivered. i have asked for a refund several times without response. not even an apology ..id give this company a miss if i was you .

After reading the reviews I was very hesitant after I’d ordered, the parcel arrived a day late (which due to Christmas is to be expected) the hamper came as was exactly how described when I bought very happy with the purchase thank you

Bought a gift on the 29th of November and said it would arrive 2 days after purchased. Nearly 3 weeks later and still no sign of it. I have emailed numerous times and still got no response back from them. Shocking customer service.

Bought from them last year for Christmas and everything went smoothly. Tried again this year and paid extra for next day delivery. It's a week later and it still says "ready to ship". I've emailed them twice to no response about what's happening with my order. Customer service terrible, no responses at all and quite frankly if you can't keep up with orders or fulfill things like next day delivery then don't offer it!

Quite annoyed because if they don't send it soon I'll be out of about £45 and unable to get a replacement gift. Since they're not responding to emails, I doubt I'll get a refund. Will never shop here again
