I had an issue with my Commode’s Cistern. The water was stopped filling cistern. I thought if I raise the issue to fix, it might take ages, but Harry and Adam they took it seriously this case and they followed up continuously.
The best thing is they considered our best time of availability and according to that they arranged the plumber to fix it.

Geanina and Sarah from Charters were very helpful and professional when I had an emergency leak at my property. They dealt with the issue swiftly and a plumber came to the property the same morning and fixed the issue. Great customer service.

Andy was great, answered every question and was very friendly.

Have had a great Expericence with Emma and Stacy. As a first time buyer , the whole experience has been quite alot but theyve been patient and explained every step of the process to us. Much Appreciated !!

We were in the process of buying a house in Farnham which fell through last minute. We urgently needed to secure a rental in the area and Kirstie Stone was incredible in helping us do that in what was a very stressful situation. Molly was absolutely fantastic

I have not had to report much but recently had a leaking tap and it was handled quickly and efficiently using a professional contractor. Easy to report, good communication and work completed well.

Samuel was really great throughout the whole process. He showed me the flat and made everything straightforward from start to finish. From guiding me through filling out the application to getting approved, he was always communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. Really appreciated the smooth experience and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a viewing of a rental property with Chloe B from Charters, Southampton. Chloe was friendly and approachable from the start. Chloe answered questions we had with knowledge and professionalism giving us an insight to the area etc and allowing us to have a good look around without feeling rushed. Thank you Chloe!

Taylor Bray was a huge help in resolving an issue with our boiler without having to issue a call out, this not only helped us as tenants but our landlord too.

Francyne and Tom were great at getting back to me quickly regarding something with my tenancy! They were very proactive and had the query resolved in less than an hour! Very happy with the service they give their tenants!

Geanina Radu helped us with a couple of issues we had moving into our new rental. She sorted out tradesmen to come in quickly and efficiently and always rang afterwards to check the problem had been fixed to our satisfaction. Always friendly and professional, she and Charters have been a pleasure to deal with.

Molly-Mae West has been a joy to work with. She has been a useful sounding board and has provided helpful and pertinent advice on the building works we are having done on our house (previously let and now for sale). She has made suggestions on what needs to be done and what can be left, providing a range of quotations form builders. She has also has helped to re-direct queries to the wider team when we have been unsure whom to approach. She is courteous and polite, whilst remaining friendly and open. I would have no hesitation recommending her.
