My wife and I sold our old house and bought our new house recently with Charters. We were so pleased with the service we received from our sales progressor, Lisa Holden. She provided excellent communication throughout the process and despite several bumps in the road (through no fault of theirs) Lisa showed the kind of care that went above and beyond.
