Pay forever or cant use it!
I was directed to Check my File for a Car Finance enquiry and has to pay for it monthly which I did for 2 months. I then tried to cancel it as I did not need it anymore and am a struggling single mum but they refused to cancel it. I then called my bank and they said they can cancel the direct debit which they did. Now i am trying to buy a house and Check my File have told me my account is not usable ever again. What scammers. So if you dont pay forever then you cannot use them. This should be illegal!

Our team can also cancel for you over the phone or by email if you prefer. We include our contact details at the bottom of each page on our website and aim to respond to all account queries within one working day.
