A very straight forward purchase for a new Ateca. Really pleased with the service from Chelelle. New car is amazing.

Do not trust anything they tell you!
We went to see what they had for sale and were ultimately directed to a 2019 Seat Leon Exellence that was in there showroom. Bearing in mind this was a Seat main dealer, it was safe to assume the car on display was an approved used car. We liked the look of it, asked about the mileage, previous owners and service history and were told it was an ex demo plus one owner and the servicing was up to date. What we should have been told was that it was bought in from 'Motorway', an online thing like webuyanycar and that it was an ex-lease hire car with no recorded service history! We contacted them via email and had several exchanges that basically ended up with them telling us to contact the Ombudsman whilst they would be talking to their own legal people. We saw that as a threat and could no way take on a corporate legal department so to put an end to the stress of it we offered the car back to them and reluctantly accepted about £4000 less than we paid. I then wrote to one of their directors who completely ignored my letter! So anyone considering buying from these people, think again or you may live to regret it.

Have just collected my new SEAT car from Chippenham Motor co. The hand over from Chelelle Punshon was exceptional. Very friendly,professional and meticulous covering every detail and question. The best hand over I have had from this dealer, and I have purchased a number of cars from them in the last decade. Trust this great customer care continues with future servicing.

Purchased vehicle half way home I noticed a deep scratch on the bonnet, contacted company the next day(as I bought on a Sunday) they didn’t want to know. Eventually they said if u bring it back we will look at chap is here min/wed/Fri. Not much use to me as I don’t drive motorways and work, 100 mile trip each way and then what. If they fix it I can’t get home and if they don’t wasted time and fuel. Not willing to liaise with local Kia dealer as they are independent. Well that knocked the shine of having a nearly new £28495 car. I hope they read this and are ashamed. It’s more than a years wage for me very disappointed.

Craig is great he didn't try to sell us what we didn't need ,he explained everything clearly .He was genuine and down to earth and wants to sell cars unlike another dealership we went to ,so far we are happy with the purchase .Hope to use this dealership again when we part x next time .

Having been looking for a used Kia Picanto for a while saw one advertised on your website. Contacted Craig Milne by phone and email and he was kind enough to send us a short video as we weren't sure about the colour. We arranged a visit the next morning as we were sure the car would sell quickly. Upon seeing the car we immediately decided to buy. I would like to thank Craig and all the friendly and helpful staff at Chippenham.

CMC always go above and beyond for us, 'nothing is to much'.
We all know cars are taking longer to arrive due to problems within the world at the moment, but this is not CMC fault.
