Excellent service start to finish. Craig proactive but never pushy. Very pleased with car and the whole process very smooth.

Called before going to look at a used car told them I was driving 2 hours so wanted to make sure it was still there. Had a look at the car was very interested thought I was going to have a bit of a chat then drive it and if I liked it then do the deal. Went inside was told this would be the price for my car in exchange we don't negotiate on price in anyway if your not paying the full price then there is no point you test driving the car. Never met a car dealer who seemed like they would rather avoid selling a car, whole attitude of the salesman made it that I don't think I would have been able to give him any money even if it was the best deal I had ever been offered. The sales manager watched all this and was very happy to watch a sale walk out the door.

Booked in my SEAT LEON EST FR for a rattle that was coming from the dash board. From booking in dropping off and picking up the customer service was excellent, was dealt with by Annabelle for whole process. Car back all fixed so one happy customer.

Not the best customer service from seat at Chippenham motor company.
Over the last 12 years have been buying new seat cars and when something goes wrong always getting a negative experience from them .
My arona a year old and getting noise from air conditioning pump and telling me could not be covered by warranty and may have to pay £99 for diagnostics plus repair.
Not what I want to hear from them.
Pretty certain will buy new elsewhere

Amazing customer from Craig! I went in with a car in mind, he gave me all the necessary information and arranged a test drive straight away. A very easy process compared to other places where people seem to push for a sale. Answered all my questions without all the jargon and made for a great experience.

Spoke to Craig several times over the phone explaining what I was looking for in a new car. He kept me up to date with new arrivals coming in to their showroom. I found him very helpful. Booked a test drive on Saturday 24th September. Lee rang back at 5:32pm and booked us in for 1pm on Sunday 25th September (today).
We turn up and the pair of them are so disorganised and can’t find the car keys for the Kia we booked to test drive. We then got told the car has sold.
Both sales persons were disinterested, unorganised and we would not advise anyone to use this place to buy a car. Had a much more pleasant experience this afternoon at other motor companies in Chippenham where we will be taking our custom instead.

0 customer service. I didn’t expect to have a set of keys given to me and told the car type I wanted to look at was out in the yard if I wanted to sit in it. When I reentered the showroom nobody asked how I got on or if they could help in any way. So I spent £35,000 on a Mazda elsewhere.

Just bought another new care from CMC ( this will be the 5th) this time its a KIA Picanto, have to say the service that I have received from Chelelle has been amazing. She is very professional, informative and explains things so I can understand and make the right decision. I have had several cars from CMC and this has been bar far the best experience.

I recently sold my car to this company and dealt with Andrew Williams the used car manager , they gave me a superb price . There was no messing around everything was done quickly and they drove 160 miles to pick it up . When they arrived the car was inspected and the money was in my bank within 5 minutes . Thank you Andrew for the prompt and efficient way u dealt with this transaction.

Order new car in March, 5 months later no car. Not one sales person has phone to let me know about the delay after delay. I now have no car for another 2+ months. I now have to hire a car at great expense. Apology poor, salesmanship’s-I was lied to, overall experience poor. Would not recommend.

Excellent sales process, quick and happy to help. Easy to work with. Collection process was quick, but no handover or walk through of the car which was disappointing when spending so much on a new car. After sales has been very poor, we were missing a few items that should be included, after numerous follow ups they are now completely unresponsive. Still awaiting resolution.

HI I have just purchased my new Seat Ateca sold to me by sales executive Chelelle Punshon .Everything Chelelle did from the first time i ordered my new car to the time i drove it off the forecourt was fantastic .even going as far as connecting up my phone to the car system and explaining other things as well.
