i orderd their red dead online service on 8/27 here it is 9/1 and still not working. i followed their instructions to the T. i installed redm / rockstar launcher / rockstar games / cfxserver panel and won"t work, i probaly have put more time in it than they have and come to find out REDM put out a bulliten about that it was not letting the steam API work for new users till they figure out the problem with it. citadel techs should have been on top of that instead of me. well now they want to give me a credit refund of the one year in advance payment i made towards another rental server from them for a game i dont have. WELL PEOPLE I WILL WARN YOU AHEAD OF TIME RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU CAN"T TRUST THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS. by the way i do know how to set up a server because i have 2 others, it"s just that they don"t offer red dead2 online

My mates are happy about their hosting services.
We can go in and go out anytime with a nice auto backup and auto stop to my server.

The company did apologize for the issues and did offer compensation. I still have 1 server with them I will keep if support and quality remain.
As I said previously, they have been a good host in the part. The servers and equipment run well. There normally has been little to no downtime.
I can appreciate the fact sometimes things happen. Being upfront and resolving issues goes a long ways towards keeping customers and they have met that requirement for now.
If they continue to to rectify the support issues and server problems then I expect I will be able to increase my rating for them in another month. I pay for and expect quality.That quality has improved somewhat so it is fair to give them the benefit of the doubt for now on my part.
Hopefully this is an upward trend at this point.

What happened next, after several hours of waiting for a support response, astounded me.
I had 2 servers. One a Rising World server that was a new purchase and an existing ECO server. The RW server would not install nor function correctly. After over 2 hours waiting for support I purchased a server fro a competitor. In less than 10 minutes with a new host I had a functional server.

Not sure what has happened but this is a provider that is doing shady things. Support is not good at all at this point. I cannot recommend them at this time and its a shame since they used to be decent.""""""

I am using their service for a long time and they help me grow my community and are still stronger than ever.

The good part about it is they also help me configure my server whenever I needed help.

Loved the support. Fast replies by their team. Server was up in no time.

Purchased an ark server several months ago and decided to order another for clustering and it went smooth without issues. Really great server provider.

Satisfied with their servers and its more affordable! They really met my expectations because I was dissapointed with a lot of providers before.

Their servers crashed constantly. I was unable to play the game. They refused to provide a refund after less than 24 hours of use on a 30 day subscription.

Support was very helpful. Resolved the issues quickly. Kudos!

My arma 3 server is doing great! Really loved their panel

I left a year ago and now came back to this host. I was really amazed and realized that they are far better than other hosts.

Been using their servers for almost 2 months now and even if there was some issues along the way, like downtime and configurations, the support really helped me getting through it all. Now, me and my friends are enjoying the server and excited everyday to hop into the game.

Better hosting than other providers out there with very affordable deals. There were some few issues but it was resolved very quickly with their fast tech support.

Game panel is very easy to use and the servers are very customizable and fast.

I like this host. Very fast response on tickets and servers are running smoothly. I've had different server hosts in the past and I'd say citadel is the best I have used so far.
