Citalia were fantastic from start to finish. From my initial enquiry, choosing my holiday, hotels, transfers, flights, everything. Anastasia handled everything for me and I couldn't be more thankful for all her assistance.

Everyone is so knowledgeable about Italy! They are able to advise, and support from an "idea", to a provisional plan, adapted to personal requests and then holiday quote. Once booked they are only a call away from reassurance and peace of mind. Only when you actually come home can you appreciate the true skill of Citalia! Never disappointed!

Artan is absolutely brilliant. He fully understood our requirements and provided all the information we could ask for in a very helpful way. He makes booking our holidays with you a delight. This last booking was our fourth in less than 2 years and we will be back. The service we have received on the actual holidays have been perfect, airport pickups and transfers went like clockwork.

There was a slight delay on the 1st tel call but once that resolved it was an excellent service. Anastasia was v helpful and willing to explore different options. V impressed and happy so far!
