City Cows Cowhide Reviews

Hello, the gloves are nice but the stitching in places is very weak and has come undone in one place after a week. I'll try to stitch it up but I can see it may happen again in several places.

I had to return a City Cows gilet due to sizing issue (bought at a Christmas fair, very very busy stand, sizes were muddled up). No quibble replacement received within days. Very pleased with item and their customer service.

Excellent gloves. Disappointed with the packaging especially because they were a gift.

Very good customer service, product met expectation, very happy.

Efficient service and quality product just as described

Prompt delivery of a quality product. I will shop with City Cows again

I was pleased to find this website. Prices were very competitive, ordering was easy and delivery prompt.

Excellent value, next day delivery

Great product, price and prompt delivery

Super service, great website, gorgeous products, spolit for choice. Eventually settled on a reindeer rug, oh my gosh how absolutely amazingly gorgeous is that! Arrived within 2 days, safely packaged. I just love love love it!!
My dogs think its a new pet so they walk round it and sniff it suspiciously which is pretty hilarious.
I really dont think i have been so pleased with a rug for such a long time, beautiful, thankyou City Cows x

Love my rug. I’ve been waiting such a long time to get one and now I have done it it’s just perfect and looks amazing. Also super quick service. Thanks

Quick processing of order. Good communication on processing and delivery

I placed order on 30 November. It did not arrive when City Cows said it would arrive. I rang and chap apologised and said that the order had not left the depot. He would ensure it went out that day. It did not arrive when he said it would. I contacted them again and the chap was very dismissive of me. Said I could cancel the order and get a refund. But the rug was a birthday present that my daughter had requested. Eventually the rug arrived and I was told I would receive some sheepskin gloves as an apology. They did not arrive. The product is lovely but their service was sadly lacking. I know that mistakes can happen but if that is the case the supplier must hold up his hands and explain, apologise and correct.

Arrived super quick and very good quality, a present for Christmas so no test trial as yet

Probably a scam website tried to order numerous times, no success , no help when rang.
Seems to have multiple websites with different names.
Be wary.

Amazing service. Superfast delivery & the rug matched the image online. This is the second rug I’ve bought from them & it’s been a good service each time.
