City Cows Cowhide Reviews

Bought a gilet in two sizes, returned the one that didn’t fit within the 14 day period by recorded delivery. Had a call from City Cows to say they had received the return and my refund would be processed. I haven’t received the refund and despite calling, emailing and sending messages through their website, I haven’t had any response. I am now seeking recompense through my credit card company and will be reporting City Cows to Trading Standards.
Please avoid this company.

Paid & purchased 10 days ago paying £5.99 for a purse to be delivered from the uk to a uk address. I have had no updates, have called numerous times with no answer, messaged on facebook & instagram for an update & sent two emails with no reply. Shocking non existent customer service. Company has had my money in their bank. If not received soon will be contacting my bank. Just thankful that I hadn’t spent more money

Cushions arrived promptly and are a great quality. Love the colour - grey. A bargain buy in the sale.

Very happy, item purchased is good quality and at a reasonable price

Great to be able to chose the individual product you are getting rather than have one chosen for you. Very happy and delivery was quicker than expected.

Do not.use DPD they never get the right address I don’t think the drivers can read my address is clearly on the gate but left half mile away always the same,I have to go hunting.

Excellent quality of product and good quick delivery.

Great product, super service! Would absolutely recommend

The owner Nick who goes by a different surname on small followed social accounts posted hatred on my partners instagram this morning of her car spotting reel. He has never met her and sadly felt the need to do this.

Lovely rugs (bought 2) and slight issue with one was resolved quickly and with a personal touch advising us of the best replacement.

Very happy with my cowhide rug good quality very luxurious, nick was very helpful will definitely purchase again from this company thanks jan x

I was a returning customer, I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of gloves but only one pair arrived. I have tried to contact City Cows by phone but it just rings out, I have sent them 2 emails and 2 messages through the website but have received no response of any sort. That is not any kind of customer service,

Great website with lots of choices at reasonable prices. The animal print purse is great, and the perfect size. Arrived promptly and exactly as described in the picture.

First class service, excellent product at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

Very efficient service. The leather gloves are a Christmas gift to a relative so I don't know exactly what they are like but they look well made.
