This company are robbing shits they take money off u then Wen u don't have the correct id or u have to cancel they tell u that the fee u paid is non refundable and there was nothing written saying this I would never use them again as I'm now over 40pounds down pls noone use this service for DBs checks I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by them

My rating is based on my dealings with MARY, she was fantastic in dealing with my issue and query and quickly resolved it having previously tried and failed with someone else. The company itself is questionable to say the least but I give MARY 5 STARS for understanding and resolving my issue quickly.

Hidden mandatory fees
After paying the fee to perform the DBS check, I was required to pay an additional (NON DISCLOSED NON OPTIONAL) fee for my id verification. At least notify the user of this on signup if its mandatory. No alternative option that doesn't require additional funds.
Really poor.

To be honest i was bit afraid to applying coz of negative comments almost same as positive the ratio was 50/50 but it very fast way to get your dbs checks.

I had paid £60 for a DBS check already and these guys charged me £98
I only needed a Basic DBS check, which normally costs £21, but I was willing to pay extra because I needed it urgently. When I reached the payment page, I only consented to paying £40 for the fast-track service.
What I was not made aware of was that this company would later charge me an additional £57, on top of the £40 I had already paid and the £21 DBS fee. I also ended up paying for online ID verification and a PDF document service, which I did not realise would significantly increase the total cost.
When I spoke to Mary, she said this was covered in their terms and conditions and that they take a partial payment first before charging the remaining balance once the DBS application has been submitted. However, this was not made clear to me during the checkout process. If it had been, I would never have gone ahead with the purchase.
I feel completely misled. A Basic DBS check costs £21, so ending up paying £98 is, in my opinion, excessive and unacceptable. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges because I do not believe the pricing was presented transparently.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

I had an email looking more details from this company as I gave them a bad review on trust pilot ,I sent more details and they cancelled the account for premium cloud account which we didn't sign up for , we ordered a basic police check at £29.50 for my 16 year old daughter and they also took £15 and £57 ,totalling £101 from my account,I contacted my bank and they looked into the matter and couldn't find any details as to what these charges are for so they blocked them from taking any more money from my account ,so be very wary of this company as they will just keep taking money from your account and no police check ,please look at the reviews on this company before you sign up for anything with them
