Works really well to collect money for a gift pot to someone, super simple, and will definetly use again ☺️

The system is easy to use, however I was unhappy that you tried to charge me half of the over-all total as a 'tip' to your company after contributors had already given you additional extra

Never used before but very easy and efficient. Especially when colleagues are across multiple sites

First time user so it was all a bit new, I was creating a surprise collection for a friend's birthday. At the start I was not totally clear about what the 'end of collection' transfer options were but I did manage to achieve what I was aiming for. I was also not clear about the need for ID checking (presumably one off and no need to repeat it now it's been done once), it seemed a bit haphazard but presumably I managed to meet the requirements and the reminder emails stopped (I don't recall seeing an email explicitly telling me the checks had been successful).
A nice touch was at the end, I passed over the URL to the recipient and they could see the kind comments made by donors but without seeing the size of individual gifts.
Would use it again for certain types of collection.

Donation fees were not made clear at setup. System is clunky and would frequently have to log out and log back in to make changes.

It has taken a while to set up and to use and I still have to redeem a John Lewis voucher but the withdrawal of the balance seems to have gone smoothly

Excellent customer service. A few niggles, but sorted out very quickly. Love the digital gift card - could do with a few cover choices for 'Religious' and 'In Memory' occasions, but otherwise really great. Thank you!

Easy platform to use. Lots of options to get donations for leaving gifts and I love how they now take the messages left by multiple people and can get them printed within a card for you. Perfect! Saves me lots of time!

Easy to set up account and do the collections. End recipient happily got access and got the cash transfer.
