Throughout this process, I have experienced extremely poor service, a lack of clear communication, and ineffective problem solving. The matter has now been ongoing for over a month, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates as no proactive communication has been provided.
This level of service has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would have expected the issue to be handled more efficiently and for updates to be communicated without the need for constant follow-up from my side. AVOID AT ALL COST!

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Having reviewed the correspondence, we can confirm that we have responded to your recent emails on the same day they were received. Following discussions with the waste contractor, the reported reason for the failed collections of the general waste container was that it had become overloaded and too heavy for the vehicle to safely lift. For safety reasons, drivers are unable to empty containers that exceed the safe lifting limits. You were therefore advised that some waste would need to be removed from the container to allow the lift to be completed.
We have continued to support you in resolving this and have sent a further email today at 15:36 with additional guidance on the actions required so that the collection can proceed successfully.
Please respond to the latest email or contact us directly so we can continue working with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Control Fabrications
We have only been with ConsultivUtilities for about a month, but within that short time, we have built up a really good relationship with Andrew Dawson and Jayden Howard. They are both friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They are continuously keeping us updated on our contract progress and have taken away all the stress of the process. We have signed gas, electric and water contracts and have made considerable savings. We are also looking at EV charging points too, we would definitely recommend them.

Energy Contracts with Consultiv
We started with a waste contract with Consultiv, it has worked for us really well, saving money, any problems are sorted out for us (no more trying and failing to speak to the supplier). Regular check ins to make sure things are running smoothly.
Now we have our utility contracts through Consultiv, Michael Jeynes from Consultiv has taken our 12 accounts which were all renewing at different times with different suppliers and consolidated the renewal times and suppliers, we are not even a big company and are looking at a saving of around £17,000!
Speaks for itself, but we have also saved hours and hours of work constantly reviewing contracts and getting quotes etc.

We have given this Company 5 * due to their professionalism, care and understanding . I have been dealing with Jamie Barber and from start to finish he has been very concise in his approach. We felt heard in what we needed and his advice was very valuable. Jamie and Dan found us a good deal and the process went through smoothly. We have been dealing with Jon Malcolm at Consultiv Utilities for a number of years now and cannot praise Jon enough for how he has helped us over this time. Most recently he helped us with an incorrect bill, that was for a very large amount, that we had received from our electricity provider. Jon dealt with the situation in a very professional and knowledgeable way and managed to get it resolved very quickly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jon and he always goes above and beyond.
