We has been contacted by consultiv utilities , last year March time regarding our waste , they have found another provider( cheaper better etc ) couple of days before swapping a suppliers I had a gut feeling something isn’t right anyway I have email them just to double check and there it was ! Transition wasn’t set up ended up being stuck with my old one difference was now I had third party company invoicing me , how this effect my buisness , they don’t check with Grundon how many collection actually has been made so they just invoice me for whole months even thy missed few collections, anyway I requested to go back directly with Grundon no refund had been offered Dan S… was dealing with my case absolutely useless person in that buisness will never recommend it to anyone .

Unwanted, unsolicted spam call. Didn't even know the name of the person they wanted to contact.

I am new to post and knew nothing about utilities and renewal of contracts. The time came for me to renew my gas provider and I contacted Pamela Hamilton for assistance in this. Pamela could not have been more helpful in her advice and helpfulness, she did all the research for me and sent me all the information I requested, to the point that all I had to do was sign the contract paperwork sent to me. For me it was a job made easy by good and friendly advice. On another note Pamela is very quick at responding to emails sent, this I found very good as well.

Just moved to Consultiv Utilities and have been dealing with Jamie Cooke. He has been wonderful to deal with; extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely chap to speak with; reassuring and friendly nature. Always at the end of the phone if I need anything. Has been a pain free experience!!

Brilliant Rachel keeps me upto date on all price info then once agreed she will check back in to see if all ok .. plus such a friendly person whom I feel confident and assured she is doing the best deals for my buisness.. Consultiv Utilities pretend they are helping you by reviewing your contracts and claiming they can get you money back for things like CCL charges. However, as a not-for-profit community sports club, we have ended up in a far worse position than before.

Our electricity costs have more than doubled, and despite being told over the phone that if market rates dropped we would be given a better deal, that never happened. Instead, we’ve been left locked into a contract at rates far above the current market.

We support local people and provide affordable sport to the community, but these costs have put us at real risk of not being able to pay our energy bills. What was presented as help and advice has turned out to be the opposite.

Pamela Hamilton has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her depth of knowledge as a Senior Energy Analyst is exceptional — she explains complex details clearly and always ensures we fully understand our options before making decisions. Pamela is proactive, efficient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible results for her clients. Her attention to detail and customer care are second to none.
