Costello Windows Reviews

An Excellent company to deal with. Faultless customer support; always available to answer queries.
Fitters were excellent and left the place tidy. Great workmanship all round. The 6 panel bi-fold door is a dream come through for my daughter’s sunroom extension. She is absolutely delighted.

The service we got from picking the door to the installing of the door was excellent. The staff and James who fitted the door were lovely and very helpful. James was very tidy and took away the old door. We would definitely use costellos again. Thanks

From start to finish the process of getting a price , a brochure, information, questions answered, you name it, everything was straightforward. I priced around and the type of door I wanted is pretty much the same where ever you go. However, the service I got from Costello's was invaluable. A main competitor in Munster would not even entertain me when I priced my door. The door is gorgeous, feels like a proper solid, secure door. James who came to fit it did an outstanding job with my awkward older house where usually nothing goes to plan. He left an excellent tidy finish. I dealt with 4 people in Costello's at different intervals of the process and honestly cannot praise them enough. They also didn't go a day over the promised 8 week lead time. If I ever need anything again in relation to windows and doors Im not going to bother pricing around the next time to be honest.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the door and installation. He was so neat and tidy. The fact that he took so much pride in his work making sure everything was perfectly clean AND he hoovered up afterwards apologising for any dust. A1 from mee 100%

Complete replacement of all windows and doors in my home. Eddie the sales rep was a pleasure to deal with. Full installation done on same day. Very clean job and the installers with very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Costelloes.

Staff was very helpful in selecting what we needed, they even installed earlier than expected, which was nice. The installers were very accommodating, clean neat and tidy and they even took away the old doors even though there was a skip on site.

Very happy with the sliding door we got, the two fitters were lovely and excellent work. Only gripe I had was with the wait time, I had advised we had visitors coming to stay in 7 weeks time and the office asked me the date and they’d make sure to have it done in time, which I was delighted about. Unfortunately after a couple of phones calls by ourselves, they eventually came back to say they wouldn’t have it done in that timeframe and it was a couple of weeks later.

The team at Costello windows were great from start to finish. They were very easy to contact. Their fitters were very efficient on the day and very professional. I absolutely love our new door. I will definitely be recommending them in future.

Top blokes, who fitted the 4m door, works like a dream👍👍👍

Would highly recommend the lads in Costellos.
The sales and measurement men were quick to get a response from and very easy to deal with.
Payment and fitting were seamless.
Overall a very good service, no waffling about and there was no issue in working around our own schedule.
Delighted with the product as well, went with black colour, they are so stylish and of great quality.

So happy with the workmanship delivered by James at Costello Windows. Very talented fitter!

Three gentlemen completed the fitting of two single and one double door. All external. From the moment they arrived to the time of leaving their service was friendly, professional and courteous. The work was completed to a high standard with great attention to detail. A hard working trio.

We spent a lot of time choosing a colour for our back door with the sales person who was very nice to deal with but when a decision was made we got a call to say the colour was not available and we were limited to certain colours.
Apart from that we were very happy with the fitting and the overall experience was good. I would recommend costello windows to others

We recently had new exterior doors and windows installed by Costello Windows and Doors, and we’re very pleased with the entire experience. From the start, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all our questions.

The consultation process was smooth, and we appreciated the detailed options they provided to help us choose the right products for our home. The installation crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the workspace clean. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—our new doors and windows not only look fantastic but have also noticeably improved our home’s insulation and overall comfort and look.

We’d definitely recommend Costello Windows and Doors to anyone considering upgrading their home’s windows or doors. Great service and a job well done!

Costello supplied and fitted a new Palladio door. The door itself is beautiful, love it, worth every penny. The fitting service was excellent. James was efficient, competent and clean and tidy.

James was very professional and we are satisfied with service.
Thank you

. Hayden promptly replied to our endless questions . Over the course of a few months he gave us quotes and advice for a number of options. Windows were installed 8 weeks after we ordered .
Very clean installation.
Many thanks

I am absolutely delighted with both the end product and the level of service provided by Costello Windows. I ordered a Palladio front door with glass side panels eitherside and it took only 8weeks from placing the order to having it installed. I’d definitely recommend using Costello’s again. A big call out to James who made the long track from Limerick to fit the door who was a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job.
