Costello Windows Reviews

Very happy with the refit done by Costello Windows. Replaced all existing old windows and doors. Both the product and workmanship was to a very high standard. Did a good tidy up after incl all the bits of replastering etc required. Thanks to John who oversaw the whole process, Justin for showing us around the showroom (on a Saturday) and finally Jerry and Jack the fitters who did a great job who explained everything as they went along. All very personable people to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Delighted with the high quality service provided by Costellos Windows and Doors.

From showroom to selecting the best design, to the fitters who competed
the whole house, windows and doors, they were very efficient and neat.

Also thanks to Breeda for all her help and all the staff at Costellos.

Great product and service.
All left spotless

From start to finish Costello were excellent. John was great and showed us around the showroom, helped to select the best design and always at the end of the phone for any questions. The fitters were brilliant, even our builder was impressed and said he will use them again. And best of all - we love the windows! Thank you so much to all of you!

Door was fitted and no complaints thus far. The two installers were on time and dilligent in their work. Also took away our old door which was much appreciated

Very happy with the front door installed by Costello windows. The door itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Easy process from initial consultation to fitting. The fitters were extremely neat and tidy and left the hallway as they found it. Would definitely recommend Costello windows!

Service guy john came to our home and was a pleasure to deal with, thank you Costello Windows

Costello windows were a delight to deal with, we asked for a child restrictor to be fitted and they sent around a service guy and had it done in a giffy, windows looking great too.

Had a new front door fitted by James, he is very professional and a hard working young man, we are very happy with our door and it was manufactured and installed on time as quoted when we visited their show room, from start to finish we are very happy with Costello windows.

As Costello Windows have shown no interest in resolving the leaking windows I had to take matters into my hand.

I hired a registered builder to repair the leaks and damage done to the house caused by the leaks. A cracked sill was replaced on one of the windows which could have been a possible source for water ingress. The repair was tested for leaks. The window was still leaking not as a result of the repair but as a result of a manufacturing fault in the window itself. The remaining windows were tested in a similar fashion and displayed the same manufacturing fault. The window frame itself is taking in water and lodging in the frame. It eventually reaches a level where it begins to seep out into the walls. So not only were the windows installed incorrectly there is now a manufacturing issue. From my own perspective this is a positive as according to my solicitor, this is a breach of contract.

On another positive note, the RTE TV series "The Complaints Bureau" have replied to email which I will be following up on shortly.

Great experience with Costello windows. We got a Palladio front door from them. They were prompt with everything and actual wait time for the door to be fitted was less than they had initially said. James, the fitter was excellent - not one bit rushed, clean and thorough in everything that he did. A special thanks to James.

Competitive pricing and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend

Experienced fantastic overall service — great attention to detail, and the communication windows were just perfect! Especially thankful for the service of William and Liam, who were fantastic.

The job Costellos did fitting our new front door was absolutely excellent. Fitter did an impeccable job. Could not fault a thing in terms of dealing with Costellos from start to finish - a super company to deal with.

The fitting service for all my windows and doors provided by Costello Windows was second to none, really happy with the installation. They tidied up and took away anything unneeded after which was a great value add.

recently replaced a back door and sliding patio door with a stable door and French doors from Costello Windows.

I am more than delighted with the new doors.
The quality of the doors is outstanding, far surpassing my expectations, and they look much nicer than I had hoped they would.

Dealing with Costello Windows and Doors was a pleasure. From my initial enquiry to receiving beautiful brochures,a follow up call, and site visit.John from sales was punctual, professional and friendly. He gave good advice and clear explanations.

The fitters Jerry and Jack were equally courteous professional and friendly. They were fastidious in the removal, fitting, and in cleaning up . They took time to ensure that I was completely satisfied before leaving.

Equally impressive was a follow up message from Brendan . An unsurpassed level of customer service all round.

I have no hesitation in giving this company my highest recommendations
