From our first interaction all our dealings were hassle free. The sales staff, fitting staff and all personnel were exceptionally helpful and courteous in all aspects of our wonderful journey in transforming our room. All work was to a very high standard and inconvenience was always minimised.It was a pleasure dealing with all of our contacts throughout the installation.

Great product and fitting team.
Coming up to 6 months since we had our conservatory roof replaced. Through the winter we noticed it wasn't as cold in the conservatory. So looking forward to the summer to see what difference that makes, was to hot to sit in some days. Cosyroof team who came on the day were fantastic, hard working and did a great job.

Delighted with our conversion
The guys worked so hard, and got the job done quickly as the weather was changing and was about to get wet.From the roof workers to the plasterer and electrician nothing was to much trouble. Four months later the room is now much warmer during the winter. Good job everyone.

Work was okay
Work was okay, worse thing was asking for full balance before the plaster had even dried, not very professional to do this, could have cleaned up better.

I undertook this project with some trepidation due to previous bad experiences with building work, as well as concerns about the unpredictable weather. However, Cosy Roof far exceeded my expectations from my first enquiry right through to completion.
The whole team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. My sincere thanks go to Andi for overseeing everything so well, Luke the great electrician, the three J’s who were incredibly professional and hardworking, and Martin the plasterer, who did an amazing job.
The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and I am absolutely delighted with the finished result. I would highly recommend Cosy Roof to anyone considering similar work

My wife and I ,from start to finish of the process ,that’s from the area surveyors visit and quote furnishing ,to the completion of the conservatory roof, were nothing but impressed with the company’s representatives ,be they surveyor, or the fitters who attended the building ,of the electrician and plasterer.
This culminated in a first class product with which both the company and myself can be proud.

The installers arrived on time and were lovely to speak with. They were very hard working and very focused on the job at hand. They were extremely tidy and hovered up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend cozy roof

Cosyroof & Building Control Application
Further to my previous review. Having been told on 2/12/25 that my building control application would be approved by the at latest early January it has still not been received.
They seem to think this is acceptable time to wait and that some have waited longer. Not good enough.

I had a cosy roof fitted in march 2025, and i am still chasing the building regulation cert up nearly twelve moths later if you decide to use cosy roof do NOT ask them to organise for the building regulation cert, they are a joke they charge you a silly price, then when you ask for the cert they say you have to go to another company to fill a form in to say its you, cosy roof you are a complete joke, i paid you not the other company and you blame it on a admin error, ive been in contact with the other company three times and they are as bad as you, so forget your we are sorry for my delay, back healing again.

We needed to upgrade our damp, tired conservatory.
It was really cold and damp in winter and unbearably hot in summer. We have never really used it and it became a dumping ground.
Understandably being a little anxious on spending a lot of money, etc, I cannot tell you how utterly relieved, pleased, and grateful we are to the whole team of Cosy Roof for our new room! The initial team turned up and worked so hard, extending their hours into the early evening to ensure everything was completed ready for the next team. The electrician arrived the same day, and the plasterer the following day. It was incredibly efficient and professional. Great work, no mess, and a beautiful finish. We are only 2 days in and we can already feel the difference! And it looks amazing, inside and out.
Don't hesitate, a great company, hard working and only happy if you are happy.

Roof conversion. Great Job
Our old conservatory roof suffered storm damage in October 25, our insurance offered us a replacement but I got in touch with cosy roof for an alternative quote for a proper roof. I expected the cost to far exceed the quote we received for a replacement plastic roof but was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I contacted them online for a quote they were brilliant, Keith the surveyor was friendly and was always there for any questions throughout the whole process. The team who carried out the work didn’t stop from when they got there until completion, 2 days in total, they were friendly and tidied everything up afterwards ( didn’t get their names) , they were a pleasure to have working on the house. The plasterer came on day 3 and finished off the work in no time at all with skill and no fuss. I would recommend this company if you are thinking about converting to a proper roof on your conservatory. Pembroke, Jan 26.

My new roof was installed on 21 March 2025 by Connor and his dad who did an excellent job on an unusually warm day. Connor told me that he had pulled the conservatory 'into line' as it was listing slightly.
A few weeks later the floor was flooded following heavy rainfall and I contacted CosyRoof to ask if that was because of realignment. I was told it was possible and upon my inspection of the sealant by the sills outside I could see gaps so I applied new sealant which did the trick.
The conservatory was much cooler during the hot summer but I wanted to leave this review until the colder winter months. It does retain more heat now.
It was a quick efficient installation and the price was so much cheaper than competitors so I would recommend this company.
