The Cotswold Company - Bath Reviews

Guys were very polite and carried the furniture to where it was required, thank you.

Ordering and delivery all went smoothly. Dining chairs manufactured to promised timetable. And then delivery communications all clear and comprehensive - both sms texts and emails followed by telephone call on day of delivery. The delivery guys ( Earle and Ian) were both friendly and very helpful. Goods in excellent condition - top notch packaging demonstrated great care

Great product and the delivery team Matt H and Matt S were excellent.

PAUL the Deputy Manager at the Lemington store was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Will definately use this store again.
Visiting a store is very helpful when making decsions about what best suits your home.

So polite and extremely helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Explained everything clearly.

Gary and Matt were fantastic. Very efficient and helpful. They built our triple wardrobe in no time at all and were very tidy.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication great throughout the process. Special mention to Anthony R and Tommy on delivery who went out of there way to rectify a small issue we had . A credit to the company!

Gary and Jake delivered our furniture last week during the heatwave. Despite having worked since 5a.m they were still cheerful and professional at 3pm. Well done both of you.

Have you noticed that the current Cotswold Company TV advert, does not represent people of colour, not even as the hired help 🤔 it would seem as though signature quality is only attainable, if you're of the whiter persuasion!!

I went into Store, and although the item I had seen online was not available instore as it was being dis countinued, the staff were able to show me a similar range which I was happy with. Yes I appreciate that grains of wood can vary but will not know this until I take delivery

The assistant (I think her name was Jules in the Bath store) helped us greatly. She was no pressure, but provided lots of information on the different styles of furniture. We placed an order

Very helpful staff with a good knowledge of the products

Mike and Dan, who delivered all our furniture today were professional and extremely advisable. They took care they didn’t scratch any of our walls and insured we were happy with everything. We had a slight damage which was quickly dealt with by Mike and Dan. These two are a credit to the company. I was very impressed and will certainly prepare to send the rest of my products through them.

Great customer service from Sal who went through all our options with ideas as well

What a wonderful experience we had with Siu-Pai and Simon K. delivering our lovely tables from Cotswold Company. Exceptionally friendly, polite, and good-humoured. Unboxed outside our home to reduce the mess, carried our bedside tables up flights of stairs with no hesitation, and wanted to make sure we were pleased with our purchases. Just a brilliant experience with these two men.

Super efficient ordering service from the Bath team. V helpful and informative.
Delivery wise Gary and Jake delivering our order were great. Polite, helpful, efficient and effective at everything they did during delivery.
Would very much recommend!

My furniture order no. 6592003 was delivered on time with great care by Charlie and Kyle J
They were friendly, respectful and carried the furniture into my house with care and respect for my house too.

Good afternoon, really helpful staff very service thank you ,

First class service from the Cotswold Company, from the very helpful staff in the Bath office to both the delivery drivers Kyle and Stuart who were really polite and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Rich and Daz arrived on time and were polite and courteous during the delivery. They did a brilliant job building the wardrobe right where we wanted it and gave advice on how to look after it and the 7 drawer chest that came with it.

Thank you!
