Cushion search
Last week my daughter had wanted to buy two cushions but there was only available. The staff said that they were expecting a delivery the following Monday so I said I would pop in on the Tuesday and get her cushions. I got to the store quite early on Tuesday and the staff had not had time to unpack the 30 box order but said I could come back in an hour. I left it a little bit longer but they had located the cushions (in the last box to be opened). I felt a bit bad about getting there quite early but the staff came up trumps for which I was very grateful!

Great welcome by all 3 staff as we entered the store, first impressions count! The store was merchandised and decorated to a very high standard we had just gone in for a nosey but made sn impulse purchase of a rug & pouffe.The items are currently out of stock but Sylvia ordered them, gave us approximate delivery dates and explained everything to us.Great customer service from her and her colleague) didn’t see a name in her badge.We’ll definite be returning in the future a lovely experience in a lovely store.

Love the Knutsford shop
Love the Knutsford shop. Every room set is stunning! Great inspiration. All the staff are helpful without being pushy. The products are top quality. I have bought the Camille dining table, chairs and matching coffee table. I can’t wait for them to arrive.

Nice but room for improvement
We visited the Knutsford branch today. The store itself was lovely but there was one lady who immediately accosted us to see if we needed help and then proceeded to almost push past me to find other customers to ask the same. On our way upstairs she was urgently asking others if they'd needed help up there and us again if we needed further assistance. I understand she was probably trying to be nice but it made me so agitated and "followed around" that I wanted to leave. Fortunately she got taken up with another customer and the final part of our visit was more pleasurable. I bought a lovely vase and would return but please, don't follow your customers around to that extent, it's very stressful!
