My overnight order took 4 days to arrive. All the food had defrosted. The packaging included no ice packs and arrived in a non refrigerated van.
£80 for 7kg of defrosted mince is exceedingly bad value for money.

Thank you Nicholas for taking the time to review our products and service. We are so sorry to hear that the delay with the courier has resulted in this issue. Our team had arranged a resend again yesterday. It is a 2 day service to your postcode. Unfortunately it was booked to despatch us last thursday and then incurred further delays with APC courier over the weekend. Huge apologies and we hope the replacement order will arrive safe and sound tomorrow. If we can help at all please do contact our customer service team on sales@cotswoldraw.com 01386 426 335. Kind regards CR

Brilliant independent company - animal welfare important
Superb product. Will certainly be repeat ordering. Excellent quality meat with focus on transparent sourcing and animal welfare. Excellent choice of varieties- I have a very happy 5 year old Border Collie! Only change I would like to see to make this product perfect would be plastic free trays and covering film. Otherwise everything else brilliant. Please support this independent British( local to us )company- they are a Rare Breed nowadays!!

Cotswold raw are local to us and their puppy food has been enjoyed very much by our Vizsla. We swapped from a larger, more expensive brand. Visually the food looks better quality. Would recommend to people looking to try raw puppy food.
If I was being very critical I think they could have a more flexible subscription service where you can customise monthly orders. We could do with a tiny bit more than what they supply per month, however it is quite easy to get hold of more via local pet shops. Maybe this is something they will look at in the future as I would prefer to pay the company directly.

Our furry boys love it
I ordered a mixed box of enhanced. The food was delivered quickly & is easy to store. Our boys (Cockapoos) love it. One of them, Marty, had become picky about eating but he seems to enjoy Cotswold Raw. He was slightly iffy about the chicken to start with but eats it with no problem now. The other, Murphy, had skin problems & was constantly scratching & licking. It's early days but he seems much better. Recommended.
