1st thing - when I called customer service, I wasn't put on hold. Mary B. was helpful and friendly. She was so calmly efficient that she kept me calm while she took care of all my needs before I realized it! I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

I just got off the phone with my customer service rep, Daryl. I gave him and the company ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but seriously, that’s not enough. Daryl was friendly. Daryl was courteous. Daryl was patient. Daryl was professional. Daryl was obviously competent. It may sound like he was just doing his job, but we all know that in the today’s world of customer service, the bar is so much lower. It was wonderful, great, refreshing, reassuring to receive such outstanding service. Frankly, I had no allegiance to cpap.com prior to this call, but I do now! Facts…I had bought the wrong product. He found me the right one. Took care of the exchange right there on the phone. And did it with all the right touches. Made my day a whole lot better, for sure. Daryl, helped me through the process of buying a ResMed Mini for travel. I had several questions that were answered explaining how everything worked and how to easily provide prescription.

The service representatives I spoke with were very helpful with a complex login issue. The first was able to merge account details from two previous email addresses into one with my current email address. The second rep, Mary B., finalized the transfer of my existing prescription to the new account very efficiently!
