I went to the central Leeds store to look for a leather rocker chair for my wife. Dale was a super friendly and efficient guide to the process and was able to find me an in stock chair that was on sale. The buying process was simple and I never felt anything but comfortable and supported, not sold to. Happy to recommend both Dale and the company.

We visited this store on 17th Sept as we needed to replace our sofas. The store has excellent parking and has a very pleasant and spacious showroom. We have visited this store on previous occasions and have always been extremely pleased with the experience.
On this occasion Dale was our guide to choosing the right furniture for us. He was extremely well informed and helpful.
The next day we returned and were referred to Mark H.
He was very helpful, patient and well informed and gave us time and advice enabling us to make our choice.
We were very happy with our experience and look forward to receiving our sofas. Thank you to all concerned.

We had a problem with some furniture we bought from the Christopher Pratt Leeds store. However, it wasn't about the problem it was how it was handled.
We went back into store and spoke with Paul Griffin, the store director. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. he made it clear to us that he wanted to resolve the problem to our satisfaction, and he did.
He came out to greet us personally and reassured us and gave us confidence that he was there to help. He introduced us to Mark Huntington. Mark took us around the showroom sharing his expert knowledge. He could give us answers to all the questions that we asked. Again he was professional and friendly without being pushy.
We received excellent service. complaints don't arise when problems are encountered only by the way the complaint is handled.
We were highly satisfied with the service we received and have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Pratt Furniture, Leeds.

Lovely showroom with excellent displays. Found what we wanted with the help of sales assistant Mark H. Very informative, and kindly helped with the choice of fabric and colours.
The standard of service at Christopher Pratts is as expected, hence our first choice when looking for new furniture.

Good experience mattress shopping. David introduced himself but left us to it to test on our own. Once we were ready to ask questions he was helpful and helped us test different mattress and topper combinations.

Craig ensured our experience shopping for furniture went smoothly. He took us round the store identifying everything we wanted to buy, sometimes with the vaguest of descriptions. Having compiled our list he ensured we had the best prices available and benefited from all current offers.

Throughout the process Craig was friendly, cheerful, informative and totally professional. He made the experience easy and enjoyable.

It is refreshing to enter a furniture store and not be immediately hounded by sales staff - Christopher Pratts has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff strike an excellent balance between offering advice and leaving you alone to consider for yourself.

David Johnson was particularly helpful throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured into making a decision. He went above and beyond by arranging and sending fabric samples for us to look at, which made it much easier to choose the right colour and material for our home.

David Johnson in the Leeds branch was excellent as we were looking for a 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa and a cuddler. His advice and guidance on offers, options, brands and types of sofa cushions helped us find all the sofas (including material, cushions and colours) and delivery etc.
I would recommend anyone to visit their store for a sofa, particularly when they have offers as they have a wide selection at competitive prices.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of David’s help while buying a new bed. He was helpful polite and very efficient. I also had help from Lisa regarding a footstool I ordered and she was very helpful too. Great company and staff.

Dale assisted us in choosing a new bed and mattress and took time to explain the best options for us. He is very knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. David was also very helpful when we were choosing our sofas and other items of furniture. Overall we were very happy with the service.
