Lisa was very helpful in advising us on the purchase of a new 3 piece suite.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our first visit to this Leeds store and it won’t be the last. Special mention must go to Mark Huntington and David Johnson who offered us great advice, product knowledge and excellent service in the store. We wanted a large sofa, chair and storage footstool and had very particular requirements but Mark listened and then showed us several suitable models. He left us to browse, popping back to answer any questions we might have which was the perfect approach for us. We wanted to take another look at one other option which CP didn’t stock so David took our order the next day (Mark’s day off) and did so helpfully and efficiently with great accuracy. The email communication that followed was all perfect. The order was ready very quickly and easily beat the estimate, delivered in 9 weeks but could have been earlier if we hadn’t been on holiday.
The delivery process was a master class in how it should be done but rarely is - great communication by email, text and phone and two marvellous delivery men who took great care with my order and my house unpacking and assembling the furniture and removing all packaging. Attractive and welcoming store, wide choice of products, excellent in store service and follow up and excellent delivery service. Why go anywhere else - well done and thank you to all at Christopher Pratts.

The showroom offered an excellent range of stylish, high‑quality sofas and home furnishings. Tamsyn, the Store Manager, was truly impressive—her friendly manner, clear guidance, and deep knowledge of the sofa I purchased made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning for more home items and look forward to speaking with Tamsyn again on my next visit.

We didnt realise the sheer size of the place but it disnoffer exactly what we needed and would go again. With wonderful customer service from David T, we felt well informed about products, but not overwhelmed or pushed into buying. He offered opinions and taught out to help us reach a decision on a mattress. Many thanks

We visited the Leeds store on Saturday 12th September and received excellent service. Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of the team and then allowed to browse the store without interruption, unlike other stores where you feel like you are being harassed as soon as you walk over the threshold. When we had made our choice Craig Thornton-Fletcher was on hand to answer any questions that we raised and help us secure the sofa the that we wanted to purchase. Great service all round - thank you

Visited Leeds store 12th September which in its self was a pleasant experience as the showroom is very impressive where you are spoiled for choice. Asked if David Tolchard was available having spoken to him the previous week re Himola leather sofa and chair David was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We are delighted with our purchase and getting a competitive deal with the help of Christopher Pratts autumn sale prices. Very pleasant stress free experience.

Went into Christopher Platts Leeds just for a browse ended up purchasing a sofa and chair. Sat on a sofa that was really comfy and the salesman Craig was great just enough contact to explain what our options were but not pushy in any way left us alone to get a real feel for the sofa. Even on our 3rd visit just to make sure it was right for us no push selling from Craig. Then when we decided to purchase Craig put together a package that we were very happy with. Just looking forward to it arriving. Thank you Craig great salesman.

Love this shop I could spend hours browsing and a fortune on all the beautiful items they have on display. Today I already knew what I wanted to purchase so when I was approached by David he was able to walk round with us confirming each item, added quickly to the system, advised of the lead time and all sorted in less than 30 minutes! Thanks so much for looking after us David T ☺️

We visited the store to buy furniture for our summerhouse - we spotted two sun loungers of exceptional quality. We finally decided to buy making several calls to Craig who responded promptly / information given and support when needed. When you get such good personal service and help it’s refreshing! This did certainly influence our decision to buy - thank you Craig for all your help! We still need to buy the furniture!

Purchase of a replacement mattress from the Leeds store. Bed specialist David T helpful over the phone before visit and similarly so in store. Came away with a mattress and cover ordered at a satisfactory price. Regular customers at Pratts over the years - never had any problems with them - highly recommend them for any home furnishings.

Mark H was very professional and knowledgeable about a sofa we have just purchased and was very patient helping us decide on colour and material would highly recommend.

We went to buy a new mattress. We had been to other retailers and found Chris was the most helpful by far. We have purchased a Hypnos mattress which should be delivered soon.
