Christopher Pratts Reviews

Duncan and Craig were helpful and straightforward with the purchase of my sofa.

As always very helpfull and great customer service

I needed arrange interest free credit and received excellent help and guidance from Malaika. She was patient and knowledgeable and explained what needed doing and quickly resolved the matter.

We ordered a footstool to compliment our sofas previously bought. We dealt with Mark Huntington who managed to source this from the supplier even though the range had since been discontinued. He even managed to make sure the feet on the footstool were exactly the same as the sofas we have. Excellent work 10/10.

We always use Christopher Pratt's when buying furniture. The reasons are simple: reliability, advice and support, a wide range of options and good value for money. We recently purchased 2 new beds and valued the excellent advice and professional knowledge provided by David Tolchard in the store's Beds Department. Buying beds isn't straightforward. David carefully navigated us through the various alternatives after careful consideration of our specific needs ( many in this case ). We genuinely appreciated his calm, sensitive approach as well as the clear communications we have received after completing out order. Many thanks.

What a choice of furniture. I was looking for a sofa and snuggle chair. I had a photo of a sofa I wanted to view but it didn’t live up to my expectations. Craig came along and helped me make a shortlist. He was patient with a fussy customer 😂 and so knowledgeable about each range. He also had a great sense of humour and needed one dealing with me. Bought my sofa without having to look anywhere else. Thank you Craig you made deciding so much easier. 10/10 and 5* service.

Excellent customer service and competitive pricing made Christopher Pratts our top choice. Dale Williamson was very helpful and informative, patiently answering all our questions without giving opinions to enable us to make a decision that was right for us. He made the ordering process so straightforward.
A good experience all round, I would recommend.

Great selection of furniture at very reasonable prices, excellent staff (Dale in particular) who don’t ’pester’ you whilst trying and selecting furniture but are always available when required. Dale was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and made the purchase of our item a breeze.
It was a pleasure to do business and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this store or recommend it to others in the future.

We visited the store twice in July and Dale Williamson kindly helped us to choose the right dinning chairs patiently providing the product details and the options available for finance. Dale was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our requests! We had a great experience and won't hesitate to go back for our next purchase. Thank you, Dale!

Christopher Pratts is our “go to” for large furniture items . We have recently ordered a new mattress. There was a large product range to choose from . We were helped by Dale Williamson . He was very knowledgeable and gave information helping us to narrow down our choices until we were happy. The administrative process was straightforward and Dale has kept us informed of the progress of our order. From previous experience with Pratts we are happy that their ongoing service will be excellent.

We were looking to purchase a particular brand of chair (Stressless) and wanted to specification, options and experience the chair before making our selection and purchase.

Dale Williamson of Christopher Pratts Leeds was very informative and demonstrated the chairs allowing us plenty of time to experience each type.

This was key to our decision on what to purchase - no stress!

We feel lucky to have come across Dale Williamson at Christopher Pratts when we were looking at buying our furniture. We found him to be extremely helpful accommodating and knowledgeable without being sales pitch pushy.Overall a great standard of service often hard to come by these days.

Went today and bought a leather reclining Himolla armchair, was assisted in my search by Dale, who was very knowledgeable and helpful making my choice so much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale and Pratts for good quality items and service.

Excellent customer service from Dale Williamson. No hassle, just great service.

After extensive research Christopher Pratts came out very competitive for high end furniture. With Dales help the ordering process was successful. We would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient service from Dale at the Leeds store, who remembered us from an email enquiry. Managed to stay courteous and attentive even though juggling a few customers at once. Prices in store were more reasonable than we expected, too. Many thanks.

Visited Christopher Pratts to look at Himolla chairs. I did not have an intention to buy one however Dale answered a few questions then offered us a good deal and the time frame fitted in with when we were wanting one. Dale brought us a coffee and biscuits and gave us time to consider the purchase. We ended up purchasing the chair.

This is the first time we have bought from Christopher Pratts as we have always thought they were very expensive. The prices and offers were very competitive and there was no high pressure sell. Lisa Berry was on hand when we needed information and was only too happy to help. Again no pressure just good well informed information. So far the ordering process and flow of information has been excellent. I would really recommend this store and salesperson

I was dealt with by a lovely salesperson named Dale. He was very helpful and went through a range of products with me, very professional and respectful and I am now very happy having ordered what I wanted. Thank you Dale

We had a great shopping experience at Christopher Pratts! The store is vast and well laid out. Chris helped us to choose a new bed and was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and amiable. He left us to look around without being intrusive but was on hand when we needed to ask questions. Highly recommended!
