I bought 2 pushchair cushion inserts. Took ages to arrive and were nothing like the picture.i asked for a return & refund and then got the negotiating of a discount. I insisted on a return & full refund but the posted cost almost as much as the item. I agreed to a partial refund. I have now waited a full month for the refund with excuses that their refund system isn’t working and my refund varies from 5-7 days and 7-14 days! It’s clear they have no intention on refunding me and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m so angry & upset and annoyed with myself for being conned.

Have now reported to the police agency 'Report Fraud' and suggest anyone else who hasn't received a refund to do the same please.

What was shown on fb was completely different what i received in post.Cheap plastic i have put it in the bin.

Awful unregulated toys break as you open packaging small parts fall away so dangerous been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks customer service shocking. AVOID

Do not use this company they are crooks! They advertised a robot making toy which clearly showed a child of about 8 in the advert. However, when the toy arrived it said 14+ on the box. I requested a return but I would have to pay to return it to Germany!

If I could give it a minus I would. The item ordered took almost a month to arrive and was not complete. Sadly it was for a birthday present but won't be giving it as it is cheap rubbish. Do not buy from this company - they are a rip off!!!

Recently purchased the magnetic maze board for kids while the item is described as durable and safe it is made of the cheapest plastic and more akin to something that is advertised on Shein or Temu. The packaging states that the rounded corners are 'sanded' but i very much doubt that the paper thin plastic would withstand any sanding. A cheap and tacky product not worth the £7.90 sale price and certainly not worth the £13.90 full price.
Do not be fooled by the reviews on their website which all state how durable it is and how sturdy the wood is - its not wood its thin plastic I'm not sure how they can get away with posting such blatant false reviews..
I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift and the only reason that I am not returning it is that not only would I have to pay the postage and packing to have the item delivered but I would also have to pay for its return.

Very late delivery. When my product did arrive weeks and weeks later very poor quality didn’t work. Left feedback no offer if a refund or gesture of goodwill after telling them the product was not fit for purpose so threw it away. Never use this company my mistake was I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Awful company.poor quality items that do not match the description. Will not give you a full refund and will only refund a percentage which you wont get as i have been waiting weeks and keep being told there is a system issue.

Cannot echo the other reviews enough. What I received was a cheap product not like what was advertised. When I asked to return the product for a refund I was told I needed to post it back internationally which is not economically viable. Total scam, avoid!

Very poor quality toy. Arrived damaged with stitching coming apart .i sent a complaint with an image of the damage they just responded saying they needed an image , although i had already sent it to them. Stalling tactics . Will update if i get any further

Horrible service! Delivery took way too long, and the item is terrible quality. The seller has completely ghosted me and refuses to give my money back. Avoid!
​I bought tablet for my child, but it’s completely unusable. Applications freeze all the time, the internet connection is extremely slow, images keep disappearing, and the whole system glitches continuously. Extremely disappointed!

Ordered several items 2/4 were acceptable. However ordered a baby ergonomic nest and not at all as pictured. I have requested refund and await. Utterly shocked how flat and unplaced/unsupportive it is compared to the photos used. Very poor advertising .

Please please please aviod ordering from this company I made the mistake placing an order based on the reviews on their website oh little did I know I was going to have a horrible experience with this fraud of a company If only I read the reviews on Trustpilot I wouldn't have gone through what I did for the past weeks trying to return back they rubbish items and to get my money back was a nightmare they don't like customer returning back items because they are trying to avoid paying taxes and duties payment instead they try offering customer partial payment of 20% which didn't work with me I got my bank to step in a rise a dispute after weeks of going back and forward with them from the 10th August 2026 I finally got my money back in full yesterday 4th September 2026 please don't make the same mistake I made avoid ordering from them you're better off ordering from a well known brand I shall be putting their rubbish tablets in the bin after the stress they put me through I shall find a way to bring them down they shouldn't be aloud to be selling to customers because there are a running a fraud business please spread the word to your friends and family everyone needs to avoid this company if you ever come across any company with this name avoid it please

Bought a hand casting kit supposedly for a couple, came the size of a teacup cant even fit 1 hand in it. No refund given, shipped from China took 3/4 weeks to come and wants it shipped back to Germany for a refund.

I ordered some gifts for my granddaughter’s first birthday in good time for 23rd August. To date I have received nothing other than ‘hollow’ updates for missed delivery windows. I clearly should have heeded the lessons of those that went before me.

As you would imagine missing a first birthday has had quite an impact but this has not been recognised other than generic apologies following my chases, I have not been provided with any proactive updates.

All in all I wonder how this business is trading with such a poor customer focus.

Complete scam of a company.

Item was not sent. When I requested cancellation they lied and said that they have processed a refund and it will take '7-14 business days' weeks later and still no refund.

Avoid these scammers.

Also linked to another shop called Furry Friends for dogs. Absolutely terrible scam people. No customer service running me around for refund still not got took £40 and sent wrong item worth about £2 and refusing return and full refund.
