Very similar to others’ experience. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They claimed the colour I ordered wasn’t in stock so sent me an alternative. Over a month later it still hasn’t arrived. I asked for a refund and their email responses are almost definitely a bot.

I should have read these reviews before buying from these scammers. I placed an order and it just never arrived. Had I not followed up or forgotten about it, they would have gotten away with a sale and not sending my order! I contacted them asking where it is, only for them to tell me they didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock. (Bull!) So I asked them to cancel the order and refund me immediately as I know my consumer rights. They tell me they can’t do that because “they have already prepared the order for shipment?” How does that make any sense if there was no product in the first place? I threatened to report them and then they respond with a template saying someone from the team will get back to me on the next steps for my refund. I followed up again and again and same template reply was sent. (What did I expect from a gmail account…not even a professional business email) So I reported them to my bank. Fraudsters! Stay far away!!

I ordered a toy that was ‘reduced from £100 to £50. It arrived damaged. I am still going with a 20 email exchange to get my money back and shipping paid for. I’m pretty sure their customer service person is a bot as often the don’t even answer what I have asked and talk about products I haven’t ordered.
The item I had ordered was a gift so I looked for another retailer - Amazon were selling the same item for £15.

Only given one star because I can’t give none. If I could, I’d give them negative stars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - this company is a Chinese scammer masquerading as a German company. Their products are appalling & their customer service is zero - mainly AI designed to keep asking questions to avoid dealing with your problem- which is the really bad quality of their goods.

They look legitimate but their real aim is to sell you crap and when you complain offer a “goodwill discount” of 20%, then 30%, then 40% to “save”you the cost of returning the item to them “for inspection”. In reality, sending goods back to China will require you to pay postage + customs charges - which they know and exploit.

USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CLAIM BACK AGAINST IT WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE - BUT BETTER STILL, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I placed an order on a play tent, and only after placing my order did I realise that all the wonderful reviews on the website probably are false as the rating on TrustPilot is really poor.

This prompted me to contact customer service and cancel the order, but I was told that the parcel had already been shipped (this was on the same day as ordering). The parcel arrived after 18 days.

The play tent is intact, but the material is polyester and the stitching is visible and poor. It doesn't look as nice as the pictures but it will suffice. The tent sticks are made from plastic and could very easily break. I don't think this tent will last more than one season.

From the tracking information I received it is clear that the product comes from China. The website gives the impression that the toys are made in Germany. This is clearly not the case and seems like false advertising.

Normally I would return, but from the reviews on TrustPilot it seems to be a difficult/ pointless exercise...

So will keep it - but cold wash it before use to get rid of any chemical residues.

Absolutely appalling. Not only was the box completely mangled, but parts of the toy itself are actually broken. It’s unusable and looks like trash. To make matters worse, customer service only offered a pathetic 20% refund for a broken product. Disgraceful quality and even worse service. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Baby Nest Took ages to arrive, once arrived very disappointed cheap quality proper cheap just nothing like what it shows on the pictures, was so bad quality had to bin it, it’s a shame as it was ment to be a gift but rather avoid the red face.

Kids Galaxy light worked for a few weeks, and after very little use, stopped working. I was told this wouldn't be refunded or replaced despite being a brand new product.

Terrible don’t buy from this company, cheep rubbish takes ages to ship and the products faulty. Then they want to offer 20% rather than full refund.
Avoid!!

Don't use this company. Goods don't arrive and they do not respond to email requests for information/refunds.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. But it was Christmas. LĺBut finally I received it. The goods look fine. I have not tried using them.
I ordered a baby teething thing, baby puree feeding with spoon, magnetic build set, kids watch and fly ball.

If they are to my satisfaction, I will use this company again.

When I complained on email, Liezal replied back with reassuring emails.

Cheap rubbish from china. Nothing like you see in the picture. Extremely misleading, I would go so far as to say false advertising.

Terrible company! The goods are posted from China so take forever to arrive. When they do they are in cheap plastic bags, no box, and the instructions are only in Chinese!! Absolute rubbish.

I placed an order on 3rd December for a children’s play tent and never received an order confirmation or tracking number. I contacted the company and was told my order was “processing”, but no further updates were given. The website also has very limited company information which made me uncomfortable. I contacted my bank and they refunded me while they investigate. Based on my experience, I would recommend caution when ordering from this site.

Do not order from this fake company. Sending very nasty cheap goods, claiming to be from Germany. Children's toys printed with toxic ink, terrible delivery times. But not worth the wait. AWFUL, PLEASE BEWARE.

Trying to get a refund out of them for a cancelled order (which in itself took days for them to sort out) - impossible to get hold of, ignore emails for days on end. Awful company - wonder if they're really legit? Do not use. Doubt I'll ever get my money back :(

Terrible, do not order from this place ...scam ...after over a month recieved only 1 of 3 parcels , and in bad condition, emailed but they only replyed once , asked for a review of goods before we actually recieved them .
AVOID them obviously still owe us money .

Their website suggests the products are made in Germany, but the product I ordered is coming from China.
Unable to contact them so far, ive tried via email and via their website "live chat" facility but no replies.
