I put in an order but wanted to cancel so I could add something else to my original purchase. I was worried they would say it’s too late to cancel, but the same day I got 2 emails from them; 1 saying the order was cancelled and one from Marleyah who reached out to confirm the same and let me know that I’d receive a full refund in 2-5 business days. Great and fast customer service, which is appreciated! I’ve already bought the other thing I wanted too. Great job & good first impression on me for sure, I’ll be shopping with them again.

Gabby was very professional and assuring. I thought my package was lost due the fact that the delivery company wasn’t updating my package status and location regularly. After speaking with Gabby she assured me that she will contact the delivery company and update me about my package. Well my package finally arrived yesterday. I placed an order and accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. I submitted an inquiry for this to be updated to the correct delivery address. I was worried this might not be looked into on time but I got a reply right away that it was updated and resolved.
