Donna!!! Thank you. I’m a loyal customer and I purchased more shoes!! In my own error I hit the wrong size and was processed! I contacted support and literally the next morning I had a reply from Donna. I feel Donna went above and beyond for me and it’s greatly appreciated to get top service!!

Amazing experience, I had ordered the wrong size for one of my items but didn’t realize until after I’d placed the order. I messaged the number on the website and luckily Donna answered. She got it fixed for me way quicker than I’d expected and saved me the return and reorder process. Thank you so much Donna!!

Because of my Google pay my shipping address filled itself with my old address and I sent email to change my shipping address after working hours but before I woke up Drisana from customer service had already changed my shipping address and had a email confirming it.

Well for starters when I placed my order with SHOP it had my old shipping address with SHOP but my billing address was correct ! I was so nervous I tried to call but I was outside of business hours , So I'm like okay I better email & guess what ? I got an email from DONNA saying she was right on it and updated it right away ! Now thats customer service...I only gave four stars because I haven't received my hat yet , but I will double back and give five stars I'm sure ! Thanks Donna you're the best !!!

5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEW for Culture King Melbourne, near the MCG - specifically Dee!!!

I was visited the store over two days, and it was crazy busy with the NFL buzz. There were huge lines, the store was incredibly busy and all of the staff were AMAZING!! The store looked great

BUT there was one particular staff member, I am very sure she was a manager, she was awesome, she was so positive, she spoke very well to her team, she got in and was helping in every single area, crowd control, serving customers, looking for stock for customers, meeting and greeting - she did it all with a smile and such an upbeat attitude, I was truly impressed! The staff took on her every directive with ease and good attitude. It was organised chaos but completely seamless. I asked a staff member her name, I am sure they said Dee, she had an accent and the best smile I have seen in retail in a long time! She is an asset to the Culture King Brand, I hope she is a Manager or a trainer or someone at a high level, she deserves it!

I had an issue with my order, where I had ordered a size medium by mistake instead of a large. I sent a message and Donna was extremely helpful in altering the order and changing it to a large before it was dispatched! I’m incredibly happy with the service and very grateful for Donna’s help!

I put in an order but wanted to cancel so I could add something else to my original purchase. I was worried they would say it’s too late to cancel, but the same day I got 2 emails from them; 1 saying the order was cancelled and one from Marleyah who reached out to confirm the same and let me know that I’d receive a full refund in 2-5 business days. Great and fast customer service, which is appreciated! I’ve already bought the other thing I wanted too. Great job & good first impression on me for sure, I’ll be shopping with them again.
